Great service instantly from my first email . The guys turned up and where straight into it . They know what they are doing and the way they load there trucks is amazing , not an inch of space left , and very honest as they found a small pouch full of jewellery that was accidentally thrown out and handed it back to us . Ripper guys and would recommend them in a flash.

These magnificent men drove in and within minutes most of my unwanted items and junk had gone! The amount they fitted into their already quite full trucks was incredible! Whilst they couldn’t fit all my stuff in they arranged to come back for the last few cubic metres in a days time. These guys were extremely friendly and professional. The level of service offered by most businesses Today is so bad, that when you receive the minimum from a business you are over the moon. In reality these guys did what a rubbish business should do, they returned my call, they arrived on time, nothing was a hastle and young Regan and Regan the garbologists were a pleasure to have in my home. And this will shock you, but The price I was quoted is what I was charged and I felt like a customer not a hinderance. Really quick and efficient, the truck managed to get through a very narrow street. The fellas that took my blast freezer away were friendly and had a fortunate workaround for me when they ran out of dockets. Simple, no fuss, I may end up calling these guys again when I have more stuff to take away. Guy on the phone when I was booking was very responsive too!

The service by Terry and Josh was excellent. They confirmed arrival in advance and worked very hard and efficiently on a physically challenging job. They were professional, courteous and respectful. Thoroughly recommend these two guys.

Charged us $3,700 to remove one tree's green waste.

Left the trunk behind, left the dirt, left the bricks. We were quoted $1,200 to remove the tree from another business but went with junk.com.au because they claimed they removed dirt and bricks too.

When I was unhappy half the job was done and questioned the charges, they left a fake one star review on our business.

Fantastic service prompt response fair pricing understanding waste fees are now extreme at council facilities we were on level 27 CBD these guys were legends would highly recommend.
