Just is good if you drive 50 miles or…

Just is good if you drive 50 miles or less, and you have to insure your car, the only thing that is a hassle is having to take a picture of your odometer every once in a while. Customer Service could respond quicker other then that it is a good app.

New customer needed app features explained.

Today I talked with Whitney, a representative for Just Insure and she was quick to answer my call and was very friendly, courteous and professional. I had some questions about the company’s app and Whitney was a good listener and patiently explained the app’s features and what the various icons stood for. She was well-informed and reconfirmed my understanding about the company’s policies and the instructions for using the app. I was glad to have a real live person on the phone as a representative as they give the best customer service, not those auto-line soul-less voices. Whitney was very polite and made me feel that the company really appreciated my business. I would highly recommend her to others who may be interested in using the services of this company and would be happy to have her as my representative in the future. Customer service is the lifeblood of any business and Whitney provided excellent service.

This is by far the best insurance…

This is by far the best insurance company I've used for Auto ever. They're inexpensive, great customer service, and the range of things and ways you can pay is by far the best. Plus you can insure your car the day you buy the policy, not a lot will let you do that without a huge fee.

It does not have bullshit. I pay what I owe. No bullshit meaning meaningless contracts of pricing due to credit, other insurance companies pay history, and finally pricing is fair to me. No middle man, no one else to feed but letting the customer pay what he owes. Easy contact in case of questions. No price hikes. No nonsense bullshit.

Very honest

Very honest : they had understand on some of my tough situations and had gave me the opportunity to restore my policy, when messages or chatting always the a fast reply and #1 trying there's best to resolve my issues 👍🏽
