Too many stops for too long
Driver "went wrong" way twice. Hotel was basic, 2 person on reception when we arrived, ran out of food, nothing nearby, not enough time at coast

Spoke to a very polite & helpful lady…
Spoke to a very polite & helpful lady (called Debra I think) not a great line connection. She sorted everything out for me and confirmed booking was all in order and paid for, went through the insurance thoroughly. We have used your company before and can't fault them as the trip we did back in July (12th - 17th) Best of The West - Irish Experience was absolutely brilliant and waiting for 2027 brochure to come through to book another trip to Ireland

Arriving Early
We arrived early and even though we couldn’t get into our room we were allowed to leave our car in the car park and look around Harrogate. Even though we were half an hour early to get into our room we were able to book in. Good start and thumbs up.

Very Helpful for people with disabilities
Easy to book, helpful for requesting a ground floor or 1st floor room. Understanding the need to be near the front of the coach as I am on crutches. Gave me dates for all of the excursions on the trip I was booking. This is our 3rd trip with them in 12 months. May even look at having Christmas with 'Just Go'.

Staff lack basic understanding of pick up points…
I booked a holiday on the basis the pick up point was in my local town. I asked specifically that the pick up was Gillingham Dorset but when my confirmation details were sent the pick up point is in fact Gillingham Kent. This makes it unfeasible for me to go as the nearest pick up near to my home is an hour drive away. I am not impressed, especially when I asked for a refund and was told I couldn't have one but could only be transfered to a different holiday. I am currently awaiting the outcome of what I can be offered.
