JUST HANDLES 

Had bedroom fitted two years ago bought all handles from justhandles, silly me! Although came with ten year guarantee two of them have started to corrode already. Do I have any chance of finding out if I can claim from manufacturer? Makes me reticent to buy online

Placed an order on 10 Jan 2020, money taken from my account on same day, no email confirmation and no reply to emails or answer to my phone call!

Bunch of scammers avoid these guys like the plauge!

After spending £98 on kitchen cupboard handles I saw all these reviews on Just Handles, I thought that is the end of by money, I ordered my handles Thursday and received them Monday morning, all wrapped well and everything I expected, so I don't know what is going on all I can say is my order was processed quickly and without any problems, I think there was another company trading under this name

Has JustHandles now reappeared as BestHandles? I placed an order at besthandles.co.uk and had exactly the same experience as most others. Order placed 18th February, payment taken, delivery not received and no reply to emails or contact form on website. No phone on website either.

Order numberJH307635 placed on the 31 December £83.30, received conformation email thanking me for my order !I have sent Repeated emails NO response. Now discovered the company has gone bust !

Ordered some wooden handles early December; had an email acknowledgement of order, money was taken from our account and then ... nothing. No response to repeated phone enquiries or email enquiries before and after Christmas.

If only we had read Trust Pilot reviews first!
We now have to follow up with Citizens Advice and Trading Standards,

Still no reply from this company by telephone or email. My order was never received, I have requested a full refund via this site and also via email to no avail. Please do not place an order with this so call company or you will regret it. I have had to take my dispute up with my credit card company.

Placed an order on 11th Nov and payment taken from my account but I still haven’t received the goods.
I’ve tried to contact the company but they don’t answer the phone or reply to emails.
Wish I’d checked Trustpilot before placing my order because if I had I wouldn’t have touched these guys with a barge pole.

My order (JH307372) placed and paid for on 27th November 2018 has not been delivered. I have emailed Justhandles twice but no reply received. Last email from me to them requested a refund to my bank account. I will be taking this matter further if I am not refunded immediately.

UPDATE 2: The company has ceased trading and are apparently refunding folk within 14 days of January 8th. I'm hoping I'll get my refund as they're doing the right thing!

UPDATE: Still no sign of a refund. The phone rings out if you attempt to call. Emails remain unanswered. In the end I sourced my handles direct from the manufacturer, as there appears no hope that this order will ever be fulfilled. I see that others who have informed Trustpilot about negative experiences with this company have had their refunds. I would respectfully request a refund As soon as possible for the order below. Thank you.

I ordered some handles on 31.10.18 and despite a confirmation email never received them. I have sent several emails chasing and had no replies, however I have since spoken to someone who came up with lots of excuses eg. waterlogged delivery.... I was promised delivery either 17th or 18th of December but they haven't turned up.

Please can you refund my money otherwise I will refer this to trading standards?

Placed an order for 2 draw handles over 2 weeks ago. Goods have not been delivered and I've had no contact from the vendor. They do not respond to emails and never answer the phone. If anyone at Just Handles monitors this site please process the refund I have requested. I've given up on ever receiving the goods. Looks like I'll have to approach my credit card company to sort this out.
My advice to anyone looking to use this company?....don't.

Still no response or goods

So wish I had read the reviews on here before placing my order for Handles on 3rd December. I received an automatic amateurish email confirming payment but giving no details of delivery which rang alarm bells straight away. Despite repeated emails and phone calls since I'm still without a reply in any way, shape or form and you've guessed it...NO HANDLES EITHER!!! Disgusting service from a disgusting little company. Avoid Just Handles at all costs or you will regret it like me and so many others on here!!!

I see you've replied but I'm not buying it! If the handles were posted first class on 4th December why haven't they arrived? Where was your email confirming delivery arrangements? Why didn't you reply to my previous email queries about the delivery? Why is your phone always ringing out? Why do you wait until reviews are left on here before responding? Not a very effective way to run a business and time will only tell if the refund you've made reaches my account. I'll be sure to let everyone know in a day or two.

Update 15/12/2018...Full refund has been received as promised but my rating remains as 1 star and I still recommend that you don't go anywhere near Just Handles.

Gutted I didn't check trust pilot before ordering. I placed my order in the 24th November and despite ringing and emailing them many times i have had no update on my order. If anyone from Just Handles sees this please refund my order immediately. Order ref JH307332

I am totally disappointed at the organisation of Just Handles. I should have realised when I received the order confirmation email as it was very very amateurish. It gave no details of what I had ordered! I ordered one handle on 22nd November. The confirmation email just said "we will be in touch shortly to update you on progress". By 29th November I had heard nothing. So I emailed. I got no acknowledgement or a reply. So I phoned on 6th December. After 4 tries I got a human voice who said he would ring me back in 5 minutes as he needed to check with their supplier (what - I thought they were supplying me!). I got no return call. I then rang again on the 7th - I rang 5 times and got no human voice at all. There is no voicemail offered either. So I have emailed to both complain about this woeful lack of service and also to cancel my order and ask for a refund. I await with bated breath as reply and my refund. Otherwise Trading Standards just like all the other totally disappointed customers are doing, will hear from me. Never ever order from them.

PS - I am grateful that you have replied promptly. I have checked my credit card and the refund has taken place. I appreciate this, but to be honest I am also at a loss to understand how you can be so efficient at taking payments and then refunding them! I do hope that you can improve for your sake.

Ordered handles on 12th November. Had to chase several times which was difficult due to phone going straight to answerphone and no response to emails. I was going to cancel and order elsewhere using a Black Friday discount code but promised delivery on Dec 4th. They didn’t arrive. Spoke to Gafyn on 6th December and promised refund. Still not refunded (£105), about to breach Distance Selling Regulations, no handles and alternative purchase will be £20 more. Thanks very much! Avoid like the plague. Next stop Trading Standards.

Placed my order on 29 November 2018, not yet received handles, tried contacting several times via phone and email but no reply. Sounds like a scam company. Should not be allowed to trade. Hopefully I would be able to get a refund. I Do not recommend this cormpany. Common theme from all the reviews seems to be lack of fulfilling orders.

Ordered 23rd November, payment taken but nothing further heard.

Rang 3rd December and actually had a answer, apology for a mix up, promised handles would be delivered on 4th December. No delivery received.

All subsequent telephone calls go to ansaphone with a message to call back later. E-mails not responded to. Unacceptable way to do business, it is clear this is a money making scheme.There is a reason why they have a poor rating. Best avoided.
