JUST HANDLES 

Do not touch this company ordered handles months ago after repeated phone calls, emails no communication from just Handles total scam, will now be in touch with trading standards.

BEWARE SCAMMERS!!!! Phone and emails are unanswered A never ending voice mail informing when they are next open, of which the date increases day by day. Waiting for an alleged 1 to 3 day delivery now on day 14 with no communication or goods purchased. Why is Mr P****hard and Miss E***and still allowed to trade as a company and rip customers off!! Severn Components is a dormant company and Pritchard interiors was dissolved in 2/5/2017 all a big scam

UPDATE & REPLY 22/08/18 The company did indeed call and email. After my complaint to trading standards and requesting the money back from my own credit card company. I of course have already sourced the handles elsewhere. I do not believe there was a personal emergency that caused the delay as the bad reviews from people having the same issue as me date back to February 2018. AVOID

UPDATE - If you are having the same issues please call national trading standards ecrime team as I have done. The more reports the quicker they will be shut down. 03454 04 05 06.

Fraudulent Company. AVOID. Ordered 7 days ago for delivery 1-3 days. No delivery. No answers to numerous emails. No one picks up phone. Do not give them any money. I too have had to report to my credit card company and have had the money returned. Reporting to trading standards as well. This company MUST be shut down.

Not even worthy of the 1* - they have taken payment and the handles have not been delivered. They do not answer emails or calls. DO NOT TRADE WITH THIS COMPANY.

Ordered cabinet handles on 10th July so that I would have plenty of time for them to arrive for my carpenter. Its now 11th August and after numerous telephone calls, which go unanswered, and at least 2 follow up email which they also didn't reply to, I thought it was time to warn others that may think of using them to avoid like the plague.

I might have to follow the previous reviewer and report them to Trading Standards as they don't seem to be a legitimate business.

Ordered cabinet handles on 17th July with a three day delivery which was ideal as my fitter was building new units for me. The order did not materialise so I rang for an update. Unfortunately to date my calls remain unanswered as do my emails. I am now left with no handles and I am out of pocket by more than £150 pounds! I will also have to pay for the fitter to return to finish the work.
I have asked for my order to cancelled and my money refunded but to no avail.I have reported this company to Trading Standards who are looking in to it for me.As they won't respond to me I am left with the conclusion that this was not just incompetence but fraudulent.I can only assume that the five star review was written by a member of their family!!!!!

Avoid this company!!! Ordered a cabinet handle from the website and three weeks later it still hasn't arrived. I've emailed numerous times and no reply received and I've phoned numerous times too and get an answer machine message! I did get through once and was told there was a delay due to being such a small order! I'm going to phone my Visa company now and claim my money back.

After reading all the bad reviews I panicked, although my handles were a few days later than expected, they arrived. I received excellent customer communication, and lovely handles to boot!!

As with all of the other reviews to date, I placed my order and received no goods. I followed up with 4 emails requesting an update and received no reply. Fortunately, I had used a credit card for the transaction so I contacted my bank who said they could pursue a refund via the credit card company. I then mailed justhandles again to inform them that would be happening and, miraculously, this elicited a reply apologising about a 'problem with their suppliers' and telling me a full refund would be issued. I have now received the refund. Based on this experience I would say this is either a very incompetent organisation or one that is deliberately taking money from people with no intention of supplying goods and hoping that customers will not pursue them for a refund. Either way I recommend you avoid this company.

Same as below. Ordered handles, no confirmation, no response to emails and they don't even pick up the phone. Applied to my bank today for a refund under the Visa guarantee scheme...

Yes I have also been duped... The handles never arrived. After e-mailing with no response, I finally got hold of someone on the phone who phoned me back to assure me that the supplier had made a mistake and that the handles would be delivered by courier the next day.... needless to say they were not. I should have noticed that the website did not have the lock symbol which means it is a secure site.... silly me. I have contacted trading standards to report them even though my order was very small but in the hopes that this fraudster can be shut down!!!

Same as others, ordered handles, chased via email and telephone but no reply.
Contact you banks and go through the paid and not received goods procedure.

Just like others. Paid but no item received. Police should get involved. Trading Standards should be closing their site down.

Total scam. Placed order, no confirmation email received, no reply to my email, no reply to my phone calls. Fraudulent company. Will be complaining to Trading Standards as other reviewers have done & pursuing them through the small claims court.

Wish I read the reviews here. Ordered handles, they took my money but never sent an email confirmation. I reached them once and they promised to follow up but since then they never answer their phone and don't reply to emails or their contact form. This is a fraud company.

Ordered some handles, they didn't turn up, contacted the company they never answer their phones, and never respond to any form of contact. Appears to be a con, so I am contacting trading standards to report them. Do not use

Just like all the other reviews I can see here, I ordered some goods well over two weeks ago. No confirmation email received, nobody answering the phone. I have taken the trouble to spend quite some time on the phone to my bank to dispute the payment they have taken just on pure principle. Feels like theft to me.

Ordered two cabinet door handles on the 19 April 2018. No confirmation email received and no handles but they have taken the money out of my account. I have emailed requesting information as to when I will receive the handles but had no reply. Their answering machine says to ring tomorrow after 10am however they have been saying this since Friday. Will try again tomorrow but not hopeful of speaking to anyone. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I think it is a scam.
