JUST HANDLES 

I have did not receive my handles ordered on Ref JH306971. I phoned and was told that they were out of stock and it would be another week! Still no handles.
Since then ive had no communication. Multiple emails (no Reply) Multiple calls and messages left (no answer) (no reply).
I have requested a refund and had nothing!!
I feel I'm easy going and have never got to the point i felt the need to leave negative reviews. However had nothing in terms of any communication from this company and having taken my money immediately from my account i have no choice but to leave this review. I will also be doing this on all other platforms as it is simply unacceptable.
I have also contacted my credit card company to highlight these facts and will be pursuing this through them.
Very sad situation as the experience upto making the purchase and just after was very good.
It has now been 6 weeks and would advise being very cautious if your looking at purchasing anything from this company.

Update-
Having received your response here that you have refunded the amount to my credit card i waited to see if this would clear.
Nothing has been refunded or received to my account.
I was putting this in the hands of my credit card company but thought i would hold fire as JH kindly replied here.
Please advise when i will see this in my account if at all Just Handles.

Placed an order, received a confirmation email when order was placed but no further communication and no delivery of items. Tried to contact company two weeks later but no answer. If the company are reading this, I’d like a refund! Order number: JH307185

Appalling customer service. Do not order from this company. Joining the long list of very dissatisfied customers. Placed an order on 8th November (JH307174) for some handles. Money was taken from account immediately but as yet no order. Despite calling and emailing several times, I have not received any communication from the company at all and will also be making a claim to my credit card company.

Disgusting service. Nothing has turned up. Noone answers on the phone, no response to emails

I ordered some handles from them which the customer did not like.. I rang them to send a return and they confirmed that was ok.. I've since sent the item back but have not received my refund... I've been phoning daily but the line is just ringing off...

Like so many others, they take your money and won't send the goods. You can't get through to them. Telephone is forever down. I have contacted a couple of the companies they say they are distributors for.

Was going to retract my previous review as my handles did turn up and they refunded me some money. However the handles are not suitable and I want to return them. Despite sending 3 emails informing them I would like to return them requesting a refund, they have not replied to my emails and I am stuck with handles I don't want. So actually I wouldn't use this company ever again.

Wish I had checked on Trust Pilot before making my order.
I made an order over 2 weeks ago and received a confirmation and order number. The payment was debited from my account but after a week I still hadn't received my order. I contacted the office on numerous occasions to hear answer machine messages ranging from nobody being available, office was closed for staff training and the office was closed etc etc. I also followed up with emails and finally received a response that the items I had ordered were out of stock but I would receive them on Monday (today). Needless to say that they haven't arrived. I have now handed this matter over to the fraud department of my bank and will contact trading standards.

Scam artists - DON'T BUY FROM THEM! Money was taken straight away, but 2 weeks later still no delivery. Tried 'messaging' them via the website, emailing them directly, and phoning them on a permanently busy line, all to no avail.

Not looking good for me. My partner placed this order on 28th October.
Confirmation email recieved but nothing since and no reply to phone calls or emails.
If a refund isn't forthcoming I too will be speaking to trading standards.

Do not order from this company, I ordered 12/11/18 expecting 3 day delivery have not received anything and send 3 e-mails and tried to call 20+ times only to hear a voicemail.

I want a full refund ASAP or I will be contacting trading standard about these.

Fraudulent company. Take your money and do not supply goods . No answer to repeated e mails .I have contacted credit card company with a view to making a claim .

I was very worried when I read the other reviews and after no initial contact and wasn't able to make contact myself I feared the worst but I received a call and my order was delivered today and all is good.

I seem to also have been scammed by Just Handles. I ordered some handles last Monday and was expecting my order within 1-3 working days. I received an email with an order number stating that I should wait to hear from them, but have heard nothing. It is incredibly frustrating as I have now really annoyed the builder who wants to finish off the job of building my wardrobe. I have emailed them and tried calling multiple times but the phone is never answered and it is impossible to leave a message.
I'm going to try and get a refund but would love to hear if anyone has had any luck getting through to them.

I have now received a refund from just handles which is good. However, they never replied directly to my email correspondence and I wonder if I hadn't written on here whether they would have bothered to deal with my case.
I looked at their most recent financial statements filed with Companies House and it seems that the value of the stock they hold is incredibly low. It therefore seems as though their website needs to be updated as it is obvious that they can only have a very small proportion of items listed for sale in stock. I subsequently ordered some handles from a website called More Handles and they arrived in 2 days. I would definitely recommend them over Just Handles.

Kicking myself - in my haste to get handles ordered in time I dropped my guard and didn't properly check this company so I too have fallen victim. I took a screenshot but the order doesn't show, the email received only has an order number and it was only after 3 days that I tried to contact them. Of curse the money has been taken from my card. I've alerted the card company but the order was under £100 so I don't hold out much hope. Check Companies House -the address doesn't exist but it's NEXT-DOOR to a victim support company! I have reported to Action Fraud but I'm not the only one so why is the site still online??? DO NOT ORDER!

I placed an order only last Sunday but have had no correspondence from the company since then although the money has gone from our credit card. The phone constantly goes to answer machine and 2 emails have been ignored. It is clear there is a problem. Also, there is nowhere on the site to see the details of your order so you can cancel it. My credit card company is now involved.
I cannot say that the company has ceased trading, but from the reviews here it is obvious that there is no point placing orders with them. I only wish I had seen this before placing my order, but the website is full of glowing reviews from "happy" customers.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY
Trading standards are clearly not protecting the consumer by not acting fast to get this website removed immediately.
Apparently crooks like this have more rights than us consumers.
If you have used this company contact your bank immediately.
You will never see your goods. Trading standards are letting these people continue to take peoples money with no intention of supplying goods, even though, as you can see here they have had plenty of evidence to show that they are just fraudsters.
Trading standards should have shut them down months ago..... but they are still trading????
Report this company to trading standards.
The more complaints they have the more likely they are to remove the site.

Goods ordered never arrived. Ignored emails 4 over a two week period requesting information. Only contact was with someone giving their name as Gavin stating an incident had occurred in factory but the handles would be dispatched at the end of week. No goods received telephone to company generates an automated response referring to the email address. Despite requests for information no response at all received or goods. Order ref JH306591. A disappointing experience.
USE EXTREME CAUTION WHEN CONSIDERING THIS COMPANY

I bought 2 kitchen handles which never arrived. No response to my initial email. When they did reply they stated that the item was posted and sent 1st class Royal Mail with no tracking (despite paying extra for a courier service to NI)!
On second contact my money was refunded at least. I wouldn't recommend this company and have learned a valuable lesson...
One last point, I wouldn't trust a company like this to have any data on me and should you feel the same after being stung by these jokers, it may be a good idea to request that your data be removed under GDPR and the Right of Erasure. Be sure to cc in your request to the Information Commissioners Office in your region

Fraudulent company. Have now reported to Action Fraud. Just Handles never answered my emails, never made any attempt to contact me and, obviously, didn't send any handles. Avoid!
