I purchased some leather Dover in Wine shoes for £79.99 for work. They never leave the office and are for when I need them for meetings. The heel on the right shoe has deteriorated and started to come apart! Again I stress, I do not put these on all the time and have been worn only a handful of times in the office.

It's very annoying as I think they look great, quality is lacking clearly though!

The company falsely claimed that the order would include taxes, did not reply to any inquiries and let me sit on ~100€ of custom fees because they shipped in a way which incurred maximal costs.

Was sent shoes to small. Went to return having paid 4.99 for next day delivery and received two days later and found even though it says no hassle returns found I had to pay 6.80 to securely be delivered. So 11.79 pounds down I wrote to have this refunded and was told not possible. Shift work for an online brand. They need to look at other retailers who offer hassle free returns which are free and properly hassle free.

Delivered quickly. Good quality, with shoe bags and a shoe horn, well made and comfy. Good fit, possibly a hint snug but they will stretch as they wear in. And they look good. Pink Julio's. Very good value for under a hundred pounds.

I was a little dubious about using this company because of reviews on this page, but decided to give them a go!
Bought 2 pairs of shoes and a pair of boots, unfortunately because they were too narrow I had to return the boots and one pair of the shoes. The quality of both the boots and the shoes was excellent.
The other pair was great, and a great reduction in price. Very good quality! I am thinking of buying another pair!!
I received the refund very quickly with absolutely no hassle at all.
You do have to pay for returns, but I accept that when buying online.
I would certainly use this company again!

Well the shoes seem nice. They were too small and so I tried to exchange but the shipping cost is more than the shoes and customer service didn't help at all.. Just beware, you can't really return them despite the "hassle free returns" claim on the website. Might contact an attorney since their website states “hassle free returns”

I ordered two pairs of boots, one seem good quality and are very comfy; the other pair was too large and my foot was coming off the boots, even though they were supposedly the same size. Slightly annoying I had to return them at my own expense, but I got a refund promptly. Overall would try buying from them again

I recently bought a beautiful pair of Justin Rees brogues, excellent quality and a good comfortable fit. Very pleased with my purchase which was reasonably priced and good value.

l have what l thought was a lovely pair of shoes. A pair to last for years. After only 3 wears, l noticed a split on the upper near where it is stitched to the sole. l though, l'll take them to a specialised shoe repairer, which l have done, and he told me that they cannot be repaired. He said they're Friday afternoon shoes whatever that means. l am disappointed and recommend everyone avoids this firm's products.

Nice shoes but very disappointing customer service. I ordered a pair of navy shoes, received the correct model and size but unfortunately in brown. After several emails back and forth, and providing photographic evidence of the shoes, the box, and the label, their proposed resolution is for me to send the shoes back to the UK from Australia at my own expense, with a note inside the shoebox stating my preference for replacement or refund.

So essentially, now I have the chore of making a trip to the post office, having to go further into my own pocket to pay for packaging and postage to send the incorrect pair back, then having to wait multiple weeks for (hopefully, but with no new order number or receipt, who knows?) the shoes I paid for to arrive or a refund to be provided. Either that, or save myself the trouble and just keep a pair of brown shoes that I don't really want.

With respect, I would expect a business with any semblance of reasonable customer service to provide, in these circumstances, a choice of refund or delivery of the correct order without putting the already inconvenienced customer to more trouble and expense.

Justin Reece shoes are second to none. I have purchased several pairs online from this company. Everything from ordering through to receiving goods is 100% perfection. Quality 100% and the sale offers are incredible.
I would not go past this company for shoes / boots.

Really lovely well made shoes. Had a slight problem with a failed delivery to Italy but not their fault and they refunded totally. The first pair I bought previously were beautiful and their prices in the sale are excellent value.
