I was sold a brand new beard trimmer and have received a used beard trimmer that still had hair from a previous owner on it and when I have contacted justmylook about it they have refused any accountability for it even tho I had sent more than enough images as proof as soon as the item was delivered. Another clear indication the item was second hand being that a bolt on the trimmer was clearly worn out when what I should have received should have been pristine and even tried gaslighting me into thinking it may be debris from packaging on the trimmer not hair. Like I wouldn’t know the difference. This is absolutely disgusting and unsanitary as well as unsafe and the way everything was dismissed like it wasn’t there problem was very unprofessional I am never using this company again and will be escalating this further.
