Blood found in lid
If I could give it 0 star I would. Ordered some aftershave for my partners birthday. Once he’s opened it to spray there was a red liquid in the lid and around the spray top. We used a tissue to look at it as I originally thought it was rust. It would seem that it was actually blood. Messaged customer service who didn’t seem to care and originally offered me 10% back to keep it. Was back and forth with them for a while as they didn’t seem to want to help. Eventually spoke to a manager after weeks who basically said to send it back. This was arranged, however she then wouldn’t give me details on how to exchange (price has now gone up on the item) and said she wouldn’t discuss until it was back. Now refusing to offer any discount to keep it (my partner was going to use chemicals to clean it). Really terrible and poor service.

Absolute scam
Absolute scam . Do not use. Sent a gift to my mum as I live overseas. It was the only present she would have had. They never delivered it and when I contacted them stated my order didnt exist numerous times. I eventually got a refund weeks later but ruined a special occasion
