Dragged heels with refund
Returned radiator due to ordering incorrect size, which was collected at same time as delivery of replacement in correct size.
But took 3 weeks to process refund after my chasing up. For which you had no explanation for delay.

Easy to order and very happy with the radiator itself and with the delivery process. Packaging was awful. Wrapped in plastic with a bit of foam on each corner, which was broken causing the radiator to sit directly on any floor and get scratched. Was kept upside down to the scratches were actually on the top. For a made to order item, perhaps a little more care on packaging to protect it.

Excellent experience
The ordering process was simple and the staff who phoned to book delivery date, were impressively efficient.
Item came within time slot on specified day and was delivered with care by courier.
I can't comment on heat output, as I'm awaiting plumber to install it. However, going on previous experience with that make, it should be fine.
