Excellent process from ordering to fitting. Staff a Braintree centre very efficient and friendly. Excellent price - considerably cheaper than the identical tyre bought 12 months ago from a different firm.

Two young guys on duty, manager not there, the lads had no idea how to jack a Range rover, then their jack was not big enough to lift it.
Tyres were there and fine and fitting the tyres went OK.
Then they couldn't let the jack down!

I have just had the pleasure of receiving quality customer care from James and Jack at Just Tyres, Braintree. They were friendly, honest, efficient, polite and informative. To add to that, the price for the work I needed was also very competitive. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I went to just tyres to have 4 tyres fitted &allinment .
The two people working there were very friendly and helpful and due to the hot weather and there only being two of them and being busy they offered me and others waiting cold drinks which was really good of them.
This was the first time I had used Justtyres and I will definitely be using them again

I use this company as they do not use air tools to remove and to torque up wheel nuts, thus reducing the risk of damaging wheel bolts or threads.
Could do with a cup of tea or coffee in the waiting area to improve the experience

Had the tyres I wanted, very quickly and efficiently fitted. Good price and good service!

I had the first appointment on Saturday last 08.30am
The guys turned up, looked Knackered,untidy NOT a good look.
Tyres fitted ok, I didn’t look at them until I got home and noticed only three valve covers!
Went back to just tyres who fitted a valve cover (wrong size) can’t be bothered to go back again.
Your staff need training big time ,scruffy ,no attention to detail , how safe are we the customers.
Paid for 4new tyres, pleased with the price but very concerned regarding health and safety with various signs partly hidden in waiting area .

Were able to do work straight away but had to return for some adjustments

I visited this afternoon to seek help with a punctured tyre. The two young men in the office were totally disinterested - they barely looked up from their phones when speaking to me. They said they couldn’t help me unless I had a specific device - when I asked what that was, the told me to google it. After many attempts to seek their help I gave up and they laughed at me as I left the office. In hindsight, they did not deserve a penny from me and I am pleased that I sought help from The National over the road, who were much more professional. Avoid this place at all costs - the customer service is truly the worst I have ever experienced.
