So far as I am aware the tyre replacement job was carried out correctly. I was kept waiting for some time (despite having pre booked and prepaid) before the job could be commenced as there was a van onsite blocking the entrance to the workshop. The staff were pleasant, but I was unsure who was managing the workshop, and I am still awaiting a formal receipted invoice.

Ordered on line, arrived for my appointment and was seen straight away.
One thing I like is that they do not use air tools and torque the wheel nuts up when refitting.
Tyre fitting was done with care and no scratched wheel face (as other tyre companies have done) and balance is spot on, no wheel wobble.
In other words, a proper job....

I needed tyres urgently to get my car MOT'd and they were fitted that day. I ordered online which was really easy, booked a time slot and they took PayPal payments. My husband took the car as I was at work and he had nothing but good to say about the service. Will definitely use them again.

So it was a busy morning so they were a bit delayed getting to us (we had booked a slot online for all 4 tyres to be changed) but they have somewhere in the warm to sit and wait. The lads are a bit of a laugh to chat with and give great customer service.

Quick and efficient

Went to get my tyre changed as had been damaged and had a driving test next day .. come home to find tyre pressure had gone back down to 1.6, pumped up the tyre thinking nothing of it and then found that 3 hours later the pressure had dropped drastically from 2.1 to 1.1!! Absolutely fuming!!
Then found out my alloy is cracked and they failed to check that when putting the new tyre on!
Ended up going to northampton to get it welded!!

Had a wheel with a puncture that i’d removed from the car myself. They didnt have a tyre for it but i was able to leave the wheel with them and book repair online and pickup a few days later. Very helpful and friendly staff, and good value for money tyre prices.

Purchasing from Just Tyres online was really easy, the website leads you through the process logically ending with a timed appointment with the branch of your choice. The prices are very fair too. The tyres were fitted within 15minutes of the designated time and a guarantee issued with the receipt for my files. Nice friendly and polite chap did the job.

Managed to lose my TPMS then told me I didn't have one on that wheel! Manager sorted it out after another visit and have since had another two done without incident.

Good website, ordering online was easy. First order was being delivered to garage, guys kept me in touch when delivery had arrived. Fitted in the promised timescale. Second tyre ordered a few days later. Appointment took 30 mins longer than expected as only two guys working. The fitter did a full check including torque, tyre pressure on all tyres. Good job worth the wait.

Booked online then they changed to a cheaper tyre and did not offer the correct refund.
Booked 9.30 fitting took over 1hr to fit 2 tyres.

Just Tyres were the cheapest tyres for my car and their Daventry depot is fairly close to my home.I have shopped for tyres from them many times in the past and this time they did not disappoint.Very pleased but their customers waiting room could be cheered up a bit.

The guys where welcoming and genuinly really thoughtful and helpful, questioning why I was replacing tyres that were less than a year old with loads of tread left. Great service, efficient and friendly staff.

Left the car at 3.30pm booking done in advance, returned at 5.10 pm after walking for 30 min în heavy rain with 2 kids and they haven t even started doing my car.....left without tyres being done and cancelled my order

Really helpful as the staff were unable to remove a locking nut. They advised me of a local company who can remove locking nuts and they were great. Job done. I was also impressed with they way that the staff treated people who came in with minor issues and re-inflated a customers tyres and said to come back in a week and they would check the tyre pressures again.
