Disgusted. You took money off me online for 4 top of the range tyres and tracking , which you could not complete as you didn’t have the machine to do the tracking. I was told to find another garage to do the part of tracking JT couldn’t do, and to come back, so that JT could finish the job off. JT said I needed this doing asap as my tracking was badly out. Plus, after paying upfront for my slot for JT to do my tyres and tracking, drop in customers had priority over me. I will never go to JT again andI certainly will not recommend them.

I booked an appointment a couple days ahead and had a time slot for 12pm. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment. I was seen at 12:50pm
And this was after me explaining that I needed to be away. I personally do not see the point in having an appointment booked if the employees cannot fit me in at the time booked.

Why make an appointment when the staff on site do not look at the car for 1 hour after the appointment time.

My only criticism is the appointment system. If you have an appointment, it seems that you still join the queue and are attended to on a first come first served basis.

Saved me £60.00 as I just needed a repair on the tyre.

booked for 4 tyre change when arrived no tyres were available, told to come back next day at 10.30 not seen till 12 then only 2 tyres were in stock, then told other 2 in the next day and they would ring as soon as they are in! no call so had to chase head office who had no idea why this had happened and now have to wait 4 days before the tyres can be delivered and hopefully fitted. i will never be using these again very concerning head office and the daventry branch do not talk..

Very helpful. Gave good advice and saved me having to buy a new tyre. I had already bought the tyre online and booked in to have it fitted. They advised that the damage to the sidewall was superficial and didn't warrant a replacement. Payment for the tyre was refunded by next day.

The gentleman I dealt with couldn't have been more helpful in identifying the cause of a slow puncture, and in recommending the best fix.

Great service. I ordered the tyres the day before, with a time to get them fitted (I needed a particular type). I arrived on time and they were fitted very quickly. Ideal.
