The tyre fitter gave much attention to detail including cleaning the lubricant from the wheel and tyre and double checking all torques before returning the car to me.
I would definitely recommend this garage

Staff were doing their best in a cold and isolated premises. I felt for them.

Took the order and money, then said they didn’t have stock of the item in my chosen fitting station even though it was offered as available for my post code. Refund took 7 days.

Nice easy service and appointment ran on time

Welcoming arrival and professional reception by the attendant. 2 front tyres were fitted and it was well explained that I needed a tracking adjustment which was done. Down side was the reception area was tired and dirty, needs upgrade.

Had 4 tyres fitted at Rooksley Milton Keynes, had to go back 4 times as one tyre kept going down. The manager said he had a number of problems with the tyre fitter, so had to let him go? Bad customer service as the company never got back to me. Not a good experience and bad customer service

Not too bad experience. But some of them need training on what are the yellow/red dot means on the new tyres and also how to remove addon TPMS properly without damaging threads.

Red/yellow dots are there to use less weights making perfect balance on tyres. Mine are not and sent email to customer service team 3 days ago still waiting for reply.

Everything was easy from start to finish. Price was compromised and the staff at Milton Keynes (Rooksley) were spot on.

The guys were great, they sorted my alignment issue out and were polite the whole time.

First port of call was met with an abrupt attitude.
I had to buy my own socket to have my tyre replaced and there was no mention of any form of compensation. Very very unprofessional and unpleasant service.

Rude person who was servise me, i were feel unwelcome, no answers to the questions. I was waiting outside without invited to sit in reception at room, when unclear questions come, he doesn't want to repeat, just poorly smiles, good prices, but service very poor and unwelcome.
