Cheapest I could find. Booked in advance and tyres were fitted exactly on time.

The young boys working in the place were efficient but not very customer centered. I felt they were a bit slovenly. One was eating a piece of toast when I arrived and continued eating it whilst greeting me with ‘alright’?

Booked an appointment online for 2 front tyres to be fitted at the Rooksley depot, chose the 08:30am slot as that's when they open. On Arrival at 08:15am (as per the email) I waited till 08:30am expecting to be in and out in 30 minutes which is what Just Tyres state. However I found that one of their employees from another local branch turned up to collect a set of 4 tyres for his client at 08:30 and the depot was shut so he made some phone calls and eventually the guy turned up at 08:50am opened up no apology got changed and then I drove my car in to get started, by 09:15am he had 2 bolts off one wheel, I had to call one of my employees to come and collect me as I couldn't wait any longer, I got back to work to sort my employees out and then contacted customer services who apologized and said I would get a call from the area Manager, I got a call at 10:36 to say finally my 2 tyres had been fitted and was ready to collect. So it only took 2hrs to change 2 tyres so I suppose that isn't too bad?.
Spoke to the area Manager who just said they were short staffed and that there was going to be changes etc. but didn't help that id wasted money on an employee to be a taxi driver and the fact I wasted all that time. For a first time user it was awful experience and a disgrace, no one else in the waiting room was happy and they either went to a different depot or cancelled. If their employees cant get to work for 08:30am then maybe they should change the time slots on the web which you can book?

I was not called back by Customer services and got no gesture of good will as a form of apology.

Shambles of a company and a depot to avoid at all costs.
I should have gone elsewhere which is what I will do in the Future.

Guys were very careful when replacing a tyre on my very expensive new wheel. Good to see that…

Shaun and Mackenzie were both very helpful and knowledgeable when I went in on Saturday. They went above and beyond to get my car safely back on the road. Will definitely go there again.

Absolutely shocking, branch staff sitting outside sunning themselves, smoking and cursing, literally first thing I was told was that my tyres couldn’t be fitted without special Jack pucks. I should have walked away but I did have some in my breakdown kit. They had the hump then when I pulled them out.

although i had to rebook my appointment for my tyres as they did not arrive at the agreed time for the fitting,when they did arrive they were fitted with speed and by an expert who did a fantastic job

Staff attentive and experienced. Knew exactly what was done and when. Very efficient. Always go back to just tyres.
