Great service and first class customer care. Professional and courteous throughout despite being the only person on hand at the shop on my visit, having to answer the phone, deal with other customers and fit tyres. Very competent and impressive.

purchased two new premium tyres
purchased two new premium tyres, drove less than a mile home, one went completely flat, garage refused to change as there is a tiny hole in the tyre which is not in a repariable position. Tyre is brand new, the paint marking still visible on tread of tyre and it is now scrap.

We are extremely sorry to learn that one of the new tyres you purchased from us went completely flat on your way home and that the staff at our Centre were unable to repair the puncture for you. As advised previously, if it is a suspected manufacturing fault, you would be eligible to receive a warranty refund based on the tread depth remaining. Your damaged tyre will, however, need to be returned to the Centre so we can send it off to the manufacturer for a technical examination and adjudication. First time with Just Tyres, but happily use again.
Never used before, but came recommended. Decision based only on lowest cost within a reasonable distance. Purchased tyres and booked over the website - easy process. Unfortunately didn’t have the tyres available for when I wanted, but a helpful and knowledgable member of the team contacted me within an hour and made a few suggestions/ alternatives, and managed to arrange for me to keep the booking. Very polite and friendly at the garage, quick change. Happily use again.
