So easy to order tyres online and then book appointment to have them fitted at a time convenient for me. No hanging around waiting for other cars to be finished. The fitters at Stourbridge are always really helpful and polite.

The person who fitted my tyres was swearing as he had to jack the rear of my car up to get the jack under the front as its lowered from the factory. Not something he should do in front of any customer.

Sold tyres online that were mispriced, took the payment. The issue was corrected the best possible way, with a phone call, an upgrade and a new quote with a little bit of a discount (Worked out to £20, but still had to fork out an extra ~£140).

Appointment times allowed sufficient time for the tyres to be delivered to the garage, there is very limited parking at Just Tyres - Stourbridge and it's not the most accessible, there are no obvious facilities for customers however there is a KFC/McDonalds/Costa around the corner unless you wish to wait inside there is a small waiting area that could fit a few people.

Tracking added on top, however I was not given the price for tracking just "We will check that for you" before being asked to pay, nor was I given any kind of paper report that I've had from other competitors, just a verbal "Your tracking was out, we fixed it, £35 please". The invoice will read four-wheel alignment, no comments were made about the state of the rear axle, although I didn't know if I was paying for just the front or both axles until I got home. Note that I thought I was having the tracking CHECKED, I expect at least a phone call before the work is done and I've been charged for it, being one to avoid confrontation I just footed the bill, lesson learnt'.

4 Tyres and tracking done in ~40-45 minutes, overall not bad, but not the best from a service point of view.

I ordered my tyre on line to be fitted at my local branch the tyre was delivered the next day ready for fitment.
When I arrived at the branch I received a very warm welcome by all members of staff and the tyre was fitted to my vehicle within 10 minutes 5 STARS

I purchased different size of the tyres than my car should have installed. A bit higher on the profile. The team explained to me what can go wrong and that those can catch the wheel arch. Although I was was sure nothing will happen as there was multiple threads online about this fit for my car I appreciate the care and patience of the fitters.
