The computers were down which was obviously a massive problem for the smooth running of the workshop but they ploughed on regardless,

Excellent Service
I ordered my tyres on line which I found to be very convenient but when I went to have them fitted it became clear I had ordered the wrong size.
Ben the Manager spotted my error at the Stourbrdge branch and could not be more helpful in sorting the problem out with the head office. They were very understanding and more than fair with the additional cost for the larger tyres.
Thanks to Ben and excellent service overall.
