Excellent service, tyres changed very quickly.

I had ordered what I thought were all round tyres from the information online. When I arrived for them to be fitted I was advised that the tyres were winter tyres and would not really be suitable for my use. They went to the trouble of phoning and amending the order so that similar priced more suitable tyres could be fitted straightaway.

The price was very competitive and the service was excellent.

Great service provided by the Technicians at Stourbridge today. Just a tyre change and alignment check, but they also provided good friendly advice and commentary on the overall condition of the setup. Been here a few times now and I feel they deserve a Great review.

They gave me best price I could get for the tyre I needed. At least £15 cheaper than a more well known company on the same industrial estate as them. No hassle, in and out within 10 minutes. Would definitely recommend them.

ordered on line as good price comparison with other suppliers, found the staff friendly and fitted the tyres at the arranged time. they replaced wheel trims with cable ties too. very pleased with the service

I booked my car in on the 2nd of May for a new tyre due to a screw stuck in the n/s rear tyre to be told that the tyre had not even been delivered still. I would have expected a call at least to tell me that the tyre had not been delivered and i turned up on time to be told this.

I was not happy at all about this and my wife needed the vehicle the next day for work (and to take my children to school) and she could not use it and was not paid. I had to stop several times to blow the tyre back up. I am still very unhappy about the situation and never received a reply to my original complaint.

The worker was genuine and trustworthy when he examined my tyre. He found no obvious issue of losing a little air, changed valve and Explained could be coating on my alloys but the air loss was minimal but if got worse he recommended to check again. No forcing of a new tyre. If problem occurs will return
