Jake Matthews and the team were fantastic, opening on a Saturday morning to allow me to collect the car and collecting me from the station. It was beautifully presented and ready to go as planned, and the communications were excellent as we negotiated a short term lease.

I am afraid I give 4 stars only because the van I rented was not prepared properly - dirty inside and outside. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Very smooth and easy process and had a car available at short notice! The staff were all very helpful, friendly and made everything as simple as possible. The car was exactly what I needed and really saved the day as I needed a car for the weekend. Would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Very accommodating and excellent value. Cars are quite new so for the cost, it's worth it. The pre-inspection as well was thorough and some marks/scratches were picked up before handover which is nice to see as many hire companies will only record marks or scratches if you point them out yourself.

Just a easy friendly process. The pricing and details were accurate and informative after my initial enquiry. After checking other options JVS offered the best deal for my needs.
