Anna, Lee, the entire team at Just Vehicle Solutions are great. I keep coming back to them for rental needs. They responsive over phone, email, WhatsApp or on site. Always friendly, already ready to sort things out. Such a difference from the AI driven, automated car hire franchises. Its great to have a customer centered, family business in Newark.

I booked a vehicle at short notice and received good service at a competitive price. I would definitely use them again if my car breaks down.

The vehicle wasn't pre booked as it was a last minute decision but it was not a problem for Just Vehicle Solutions. The staff were super efficient and had a suitable vehicle ready in a matter of minutes. The cost was very reasonable and will certainly use them again.

The car was freshly cleaned and looked good on arrival. I was informed of the existing damage to the car(minimal) and encouraged to inspect it. Very professional and courteous. Good price. All round good experience. I will use again.
