So I have had the kennel beds for about 3 months now. So far, my pups have not been able to destroy them. I have two Rottweiler puppies, just turned 1 recently. They love the beds, try to dig through them, and eat everything. The beds are still completely intact. So far they have not been able to chew or destroy them. Not able to destuff....

Customer service is the best. I purchased a mat for a crate. K9 Ballistics provided all the delivery information. However Fed-ex delivered it elsewhere and fed-ex customer service was all by AI. Never had any luck. In the meantime I submitted a ticket with K9 Ballistics and from the beginning Sheila worked with me and heard my frustration with the delivery. Always inquiring if I heard from Fed-ex. Sadly, I never received my mat, but Sheila was able to send me a replacement mat! AWESOME IS MY REVIEW ON CUSTOMER SERVICE and SHEILA!!!
I will be purchasing more items from this company !

It is easy to make your purchase and customer service reps are always there if you have any questions .
K9 is a great product especially when you have a chewer that destroyed all other beds.

Our order of the K9 squeaker balls was mishandled by the delivery service, but the customer service team at K9 immediately looked into and resolved the problem, promptly sending out a new set of squeaker balls. They were kind and professional and very communicative. We appreciated all of their help!

I ordered the armored padded dog bed and it's really nice. It fit in her current crate perfectly, so she cant get her mouth on the sides of it to try to chew the corners or edges. Not super fluffy, but that's to keep them from being able to bite it plus it's much more comfortable than her laying on a plastic that's for sure. She did eventually rip the middle, I'm not even sure how because I only stepped out of the room for like half an hour and it was fine when I left (sigh dutchies). Customer service was very helpful and quick to respond and the same day I emailed them, my replacement was approved and ordered. Very good company. Trust the thousands of good reviews!

I originally gave the bed we purchased a 2-star review because our dog was able to chew right through the "ripstop" cover of the create bed. Customer service responded within an hour with questions and an offer to replace the cover since it was under warranty. Not only was the cover chewed through, but the bed within the cover was also so damaged it could not longer be used. Customer service was able to work with me to be able to refund the original purchase and apply it to a new - and hopefully more chew proof - crate bed.

Great company and excellent products . Just finished buying our 5th dog beds for Christmas gifts . We’re so excited to gift them to our Dobermans with the teddy bears from K9 ballistics and they even gave us a free ball launcher . We love this company !

Purchased a herding ball, the ball will not hold air. Reached out to the company, no assistance. Called customer service again, no support provided, asked for a supervisor, none are available to take the call. A brand new product was shipped to me DEFECTIVE and my only recourse is to accept it. Lost a longtime customer.

Dog managed to rip through their elevated dog bed but K9 Customer Service took care of the replacement and suggested a more appropriate product.

I bought a raised chew proof bed a couple years ago bed is still in perfect condition. Easy to clean and my husky/heeler mix never managed to chew it. Recently I lost a couple rubber feet inserts emailed the company and they are sending some replacements out. Definitely recommend this company

This company are real ones. My husky/pit mix, Domino Beetz, somehow managed to destroy their indestructible bed, and they didn’t miss a beat. Their team responded quickly, honored the warranty, and even went above and beyond by replacing the mattress—something not even covered under the warranty. Incredible people, incredible quality that stand behind the products they make. Big shout out to Nevaeh, she was awesome to work with!

Not only is the product superior, their customer service tops that. We have a few different products and all of them have been great. 10/10 recommendation for this company.

I was looking for a dog bed that my heavy chewer could not destroy. Although it was a bit pricey, it was worth every penny and I look at it as a long term investment. I am sure this bed will last over 10 years. Easy to order, and put together.

These beds live up the the claim. One of my Great Danes is the queen of bed destruction. I’ve gone through several other beds, some of them quite expensive. Her K-9 Ballistics bed is the only one she never got through. My big male Great Dane also decided one day to follow suit and we we got one for him as well. These beds are tough. The covers come off easily and can be washed. I wash ours every couple months. I don’t recommend drying on high heat just as a FYI.
