Had purchased a ticket for We Out Here then a family event meant I am unable to go. Spoke to Olivia from the customer care team and she talked me through the whole process of cancelling my ticket and next steps. Shambolic, rude customer service
Bought weekend tickets for a festival months ago. Was later informed there had been a pricing error and I'd have to pay the difference (over £70 per ticket). However, following their own error and receipt of a valid booking confirmation for the price paid, they now insisted that we'd not only have to pay additional cost up to the original weekend ticket price, but an additional £20 per ticket for the latest weekend ticket price.
Customer service were rude, arrogant and patronising, even explaining how a tiered pricing system works (as if I didn't know that - and irrelevant given we bought the tickets on Day 1 of sale!). Then had the audacity, after not honouring the original price paid and 'only' charging the extra amount to the original weekend ticket price (the absolute bare minimum possible), label this a gesture of 'goodwill'. Outrageous for a company to not honour a contractually agreed and confirmed price, rudely demand an increased fee despite purchasing on Day 1 of sale, then offer the full original price as 'goodwill' - with no discount or acknowledgement for the inconvenience and stress created. Sort your customer service out, I won't be purchasing tickets for this festival or anything via Kaboodle ever again.

Terrible customer service and try to con with ticket prices and T&C's
Absolute shambles of a company and terrible customer service. Bought a ticket through them and they made a pricing error. Rely on a term and condition saying that they can withdraw tickets if they haven't accepted them, even though I'd paid for the tickets and received booking confirmations.
No accountability or attempt to resolve the matter in a fair way. Tried to then make me pay the latest price of the ticket, not the early bird price which I would have been entitled to due to the time I bought the tickets originally.
