Cheap chinese junk clothes! Do not waste your money. You wont get refunded and stuck with it. SCAM WEBSITE FOR OVERPRICED CHEAP JUNK CLOTHES! The advertisements are a lie!

I ordered the CECILIA – Comfortable and Stylish Orthopedic Boots from the Kaila Boutique website in size 39. The product was advertised as a stylish, good-quality, comfortable boot, matching the images shown on the website.

However, what I received was completely different from what was advertised. The item delivered does not match the product photos or description in any way. The boots are significantly smaller than the ordered size, unwearable, made of very poor-quality materials, and visually unattractive. The appearance and quality are nowhere near the product that was promoted.

This is a misleading advertisement, as the delivered product does not correspond to what was ordered. I am very disappointed with this purchase and do not recommend this webshop.

I ordered 2 items, the jersey when it arrived was not as pictured on website.
The second item, a blouse, was not what I had ordered so was given 3 options a 5% refund and keep the blouse or 30% off next order (as if I'd oder anything else from them!!) Or send item back at my expense with tracking, on a cheap blouse!!
Don't even go anywhere near this company!!

First of all the two elderly couple that were on the sight stating that they were going out of business. I think it was a lie. I ordered a blue jean dress it never arrived. I reached out to them about returning my money because I was charged twice for the dress. They emailed me back stating that their team was going to look into it. I never heard back from them. Then to find out that this website is coming from Hong Kong. It’s a Scam. Please stay away from it!!!

I ordered 2 dresses. When they came in they weren’t worth the $35 each I paid. They were the poorest quality I ever saw. Paper thin. Couldn’t wear it anywhere. When I tried to return them they told me it was on my dime. Well to ship them back it would cost me $200. When I inquired about this they said there was nothing they could do. Although they would refund me 15% ($7.90) back to me. I paid $80!!!! TOTALL RIP OFFS!! SCAMMERS! Do not buy!!!!!!!

Just the worst site I’ve ever ordered from. I saved a pair of boots from them in my Pinterest and came back to scroll through said board after I got paid, deciding to finally order them for the winter. The price on the website seemed perfect with absolutely no shipping cost (I live in the UK). But ofcourse, it was too good to be true. A week and a half had passed with no email other than the confirmation of my purchase after the money had left my bank account and I decided to finally email and ask if there’d been any progress with my order. What ensued can only be described as the worst experience of online shopping. First I was told that they had a great number of orders over the holiday season, which is understandable so I let it go with a simple request to update me on the item as it moves through customs etc. A whole two weeks passes since my order before things get odd without any word from their admin team, so I email 7 times over the course of two days, first being told that the item is unavailable and to pick between a discount to their trashy shop or a replacement item (which again, I wouldn’t have minded if I could be sure that the item was in stock and would arrive which they’d proved otherwise). So I Ofcourse ask for a refund per their money back guarantee but I keeper Irving the same automated message asking by me to pick between their two other options, as if I’d ever want to associate with their fraud of a business ever again. Naturally, I decide I’m done communicating with them and dispute the charge in my card, and I’m endlessly thankful to my bank for sorting this out for me. In short, do not put yourself through this!

SCAMMERS!!! I ordered a white dress for my engagement photo shoot based on the images and description advertised on the company’s website. The item I received was entirely different in both appearance and quality. The fabric was noticeably cheap, and the design bore little to no resemblance to the product that was advertised. The discrepancy between what was promised and what was delivered was significant and unacceptable.
I contacted the company to request a refund, as the product clearly did not match the advertisement. Instead of resolving the issue appropriately, I was offered a 30% discount code to keep the incorrect item. This response does not address the issue of false advertising or compensate for the poor-quality product I received.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, particularly given the importance of the occasion for which the dress was purchased. I do not recommend this company, as customers should be aware that the products received may not match what is advertised and that the company does not appear willing to issue refunds in such cases.

I would give 0 stars if I could. They never shipped the order and they refuse to refund the money. All the emials that I sent was answerd by AI and I never had a real feedback from the company... Clearly the chat GPT is responding.
I ordered a dress for my wedding and waited for almosta a month for it, until I have to make a decision to spend more money and pay for another piece in another reliable shop.
I should have read the reviews before ordering.
Now I learned a lesson from this too. Do not order!

Product wasn't as pictured or described. Have been waiting over 2 months for a refund and surprise they have not received my parcel even though it was tracked. It's lost in China. Worst experience ever. This company is a scam

Bought a dress for my daughter. It was over £50 but when it arrived, it was cheap and see through with loose threads. Even though the website states "free returns" I still had to pay £20 postage for it to go back to China. The dress has been sitting in customs for months now and they won't refund me until they receive the package. So now I have no dress and lost over £70! Do not waste your money buying from this company!

This is a scamming site! Warning do not allow these scammers to take your hard earned money. I ordered a teddy jacket from this online store. What I received was not what was advertised on this website. What I received was something not worth spending money on. This jacket lacks any structure, gathers at corners, and is made out of such poor material. Needless to say it is completely unwearable. The site notes MONEY BACK GUARANTEE; 100% risk free money back guarantee. After requesting a refund and sending pictures to “their customer service”, their customer service offered me a 5% refund in which I would be responsible for returned shipping cost back to China.. What a waste. This site needs to be completely taken down. Lesson learned!!

Received 2 dresses from this company. No tags- price nor sizing tags attached to the dresses. The quality of the fabric was not as expected. Both dresses didn’t fit. I emailed requesting their process for returns - 30 Money Back Guarantee advertised. What then ensued was a series of emails requesting images identifying the items and then the clincher - final request was an image showing the tags so that their team could decide if I was eligible for a refund. The dresses had no tags. Consumer Affairs will be notified. Don’t spend your hard earned money on this warehouse.

This company is a total scam. I ordered real leather boots, and received cheap fake material boots, totally different to what I ordered. They use a fake shop front, with a sub story about a family run business in America that is closing down after many years in business, but obviously its just some scamming business in China. I would give them 0 stars if I could. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMER

They sent me the dress in the wrong color and the material was thin and cheap. They only want to give me 5% refund and a coupon for a discount of 30% or ship it back to China for a full refund: at my Cost.. SCAM don't waste your time!

SCAM!!! I think theyre using chatgpt to bs all reply emails so they keep that tiny ray of hope you will ever get theyre product.

I have just received two pairs of shoes from this website. Like a previous review they were not the same colour as advertised on Pinterest with a slapdash finish and because they had been folded over in the packaging did not sit properly on my feet. I have been trying for the last hour at least to try and return for refund but am an able to find a website but have not had any luck what so ever! I will take the advice of another reviewer and in future use PayPal.
I would have thought Pinterest would have been more discerning about which retailers they allow to advertise on there site!!

BEWARE THESE ARE SCAMMERS!!! I ordered Jeans, and after a month-and-a-half I received some jean PRINTED “pants” that were made out of some cheap material that felt almost like a bad swimsuit. Emailed the “company”, got nothing back. I threw them directly into the trash.

I have been scammed. Ordered due to an sdvertisement on pintetest. Waited a month for the item. The dress that arrived was not the dress i ordered. Played email tennis with a robot, obviously i have to pay for the cost of return before i get a refund.

-10 stars. I should have done my research on this website. I saw some cute shoes on Pinterest and I ordered them because they were on sale. I got the shoes today and they look nothing like the website. I sent a email requesting a refund and like others said you can get 100% refund at your expense or a credit. A credit, their stuff is cheap and poorly made. I wasted $34 for the shoes. I guess this is a $34 lesson, always research and read the online reviews. I wish I could add pictures of what they showed on their website and what I received!!! I am going to give my shoes to Goodwill and hopes someone else might get some wear out of them. This company sucks x 100. BEWARE BEWARE
