I orderded a swimsuit. It arrived today, it’s completely different from the image, the quality is terrible and it’s not Lycra (95% polyester). The website doesn’t show how to return the item.

SCAM ALERT! Images are stolen from other websites, the item shipped was not even close to the item ordered/pictured. Stear clear.

I ordered a dreses, I paid for it, and a few days later I received an email telling me it was no longer available.
They gave me the option of replacing the dress for another item, which I responded to saying that I was not interested in any other item. To what they answered claiming they cannot make a refund for the price I paid for the dress I actually wanted...

They advertise a cotton blouse, and they get something horrible, made of polyester. I ask for a refund based on pictures and videos but they ask it back for a full refund; send it back, and they never receive it. Told me they'll refund 5% of the price and give a 10% discount on your next purchase. Everything is miserable!

I ordered clothes from this store, but they were out of stock. Despite that, they refused to refund my money. I would not recommend buying from them, as their refund policy is not reliable.

Bought what was described as leather loafers, they took over a month to arrive and definitely are not leather

Looked at the website, everything seemed amazing, saw lots of items, very unique beautiful, although what I found peculiar is that I recognised models from another company (Houseofcb). Same dresses too. After closer inspection the reason for items being discounted consisted of a long passage that supposedly was about the owner, a lady who is choosing to step away because of her husband passing. After looking at the photo attached and the way it was written I guarantee you with full certainty and confidence that it is AI written with m-dashes and an ai generated picture. This website is a cheap knockoff with people who would pay their time and money into a shopify store instead of some real courses on how to properly advertise and create a company. After reading the reviews it became clear. Do not buy from this company it is a scam. you’re better off screenshotting the items and uploading them on a google image search for the authentic thing.

This retailer is an awful supplier of plastic crap, called shoes. Not a genuine brand. Do not order from them

I ordered in 2025 and received a product of terrible quality. Their return policy promises a prepaid label and full refund, but they refused, demanded I pay expensive shipping to China, and delayed refund until “inspection”. Completely unprofessional and dishonest – a scam operation. Avoid at all costs.

BEWARE!!! I believe this company is a SCAM. I ordered shoes on 7/23/25 and keep getting the run around. I’ve requested a refund 3 times and my request continues to be ignored. After multiple emails I was sent a fake tracking number assuring my purchase was on the way. Complete waste of money and time. They’ll respond back to this and say they aren’t a scam and that my shoes are on the way but that’s a lie.
