My order took much longer than expected to arrive and upon opening I found a flimsy cheap piece of material sewn at both sides to resemble a top. They shouldn’t have waisted their time. I tried nicely to exchange the item and was informed that I would have to ship it back to them at my expense and then they would send the original order. The cost of shipping back is more than double the cost of the item. I’ve been scammed and screwed! If they were legitimate I would have ordered many more of the items shown on website. Thus in a way they are scamming themselves. I love it

I would give them zero stars if I could. Absolute horrible experience. I ordered two dresses for a wedding I was attending. I never recieved them at all. When contacting their customer service I was responded to with automatic responses. I’m out $80 and had to rush around trying to find a dress last minute.

Low quality:
The shoes' color does not match the image provided, and I have also encountered issues with the adhesive not holding as expected. Kaila stated in their advertisement that they offer a 100% money-back guarantee. However, there is a catch: you have to pay for shipping to China.

What a scam! I ordered a sweater...they sent a piece of junk shirt...was offered a 5% refund and keep it...or to get a 100% refund (love to see how long that would take if ever) i have to send the piece of junk shirt back to CHINA AT MY EXPENSE!
What a terrible company

Please do not order from this company. They are horrible. I order a dress and received a message that said my order was being shipped. 2 weeks later I received an email that said the dress could not be delivered because it was out of stock. I was sent a picture of another dress that I may be interested in. I responded no thank you but wanted a full refund since they could provide me with the dress ordered. I was sent an email saying they could not give me a refund, but they could only offer a replacement or a discount code for your order. Now regarding their refund policy it states Refund policy

I had to rate them one star because they would not allow me to place my review with no star.

I received not the exactly item I’ve ordered and they said” it’s similar.” If I don’t want it I can send it back but I need to pay for the shipping cost!!!

I ordered a sweater pants outfit in an XL. That is not what I received. It looks like a childs outfit. When I contacted them they wanted me to send it back but it was too expensive. Basically the same price as the outfit. Then they wanted to give me a 10% coupon off other merchandise. Which I found to be a joke. Don't order anything from this company it is a scam. I lost money, don't make a mistake like I did.

Purchased a dress in which obviously it showed it was available or it wouldn’t have allowed me to purchase or at least it shouldn’t have. When it was supposed to be delivered and was not here in time, I checked online showed that it was still in processing. Reached out to them only to be told That the dress was now unavailable and for me to pick something else off of their website. When I explained that I expected a full refund on the same card, it was purchased was told that they are unable to offer a refund, but would offer me a discount to purchase something else. Should have read the reviews because now looking at them pretty much is nothing but one stars. Beware even though there website says that they offer refunds. This is a way that they get you to have to purchase something else from them. Luckily, I contacted PayPal and my money was back in my account the next day..

I ordered a pair of jeans. What I received was a pair of cheap synthetic pants. They refused to correct my order and ship what I ordered and would not refund my money unless I shipped back the item to China that would cost me more than double the price of what I was charged. This company doesn't deserve a 1 star.

Absolute scam!

Postage take forever. Item is a cheap knock off a 12 year old could make. Completely different sizing. Cannot get a refund through the company even tho they state 100% refund. Thankfully paid with PayPal and got my money back. Buyer beware they are scammers!

If I could give them a zero I would. Ordered months ago and still no delivery. Many emails and assurances and nothing. Demanded refund amd they have complied. AVOID. SCAM

I ordered a dress for 60€. Its a lovely long sparkly dress. First of all, i received it in a month time. Second of all, a completely different cheap looking dress arrived. Different color, model, material. Its crazy that they are making profit out of scamming people. PLUS, they refused to refund me even tho its stated on their website that they give refund 100%. Im so pissed

Wish we had read these reviews first. This is a scam, they’re using same strategy for everyone. Catfish you with products you want and send you rubbish instead.

This company are a complete SCAM ! I ordered a dress before I had read the reviews ( big mistake ) once I had read the reviews I contacted the company to cancel the order ( it was literally 4/5 hours after placing the order ) . As soon as they had received the e mail they contacted me to say the dress was out of

I have e mailed 5 times to ask for a refund but the reply I get back is I can look for a replacement or a credit voucher .
I don’t want either just a refund but it’s proving very very difficult.

It’s a scam. Don’t buy anything from this shop. They sent a totally different product which they did deliberately after a long period of time. They make it difficult to get a refund. If possible, there’ll be no star for this shop at all.

Its a scam, I order something and they sent me something different and when asked for refund they said they refunded only 10% of my money,and if you want full refund you should send it back and also pay for shipment

In appearance all good, in practice they're a scam. I learned my lesson now.

If I could give 0 star that would be appropriate! I ordered a suit from them online. Accepted and acknowledged the order. After 2 weeks I been told the item I ordered is out of stock. Ask for refund -refused. They force you to choose something else or send you a discount code. I still didn’t wanted so pushed for refund. 30 day money guarantee not applied to me as I haven’t received the order (which they don’t have in stock so makes no sense) emailing back and fourth , no refund they refuse to give your money back. Awful customer service. (Just to note the item is out of stock still available online, assuming they scamming people) do not order from them!

Terrible terrible terrible!! Don’t trust this sight. I ordered shoes and after 5 week’s wait I received a totally wrong pair. I have all the pictures to prove this and after 8 emails back and forth I’ve given up dealing with them
First of all it was their mistake they sent me the wrong shoes
However they would not send me a return code and wanted me to post to some address in china at my cost, even though their website states they do easy returns and send you a return label
Then offered me 15% and then 20 % refund!!
I’ve never had a worse online shopping experience
