Kanguro is probably the best removal company on the market, offering very good prices for such a professional service.
At the beginning Arkadiusz gave me sound advice over the phone, being very polite, friendly and supportive, knowing all the current laws and regulations, which made the whole process easy and pleasant.
The driver - Cezary rang me the day before picking up our boxes, also being friendly and easy going. When he arrived, I was quite impressed with how clever he was at loading the van, securing all the items. By such clever packing he was able to fit in even more stuff than we thought we could send and gave us a very reasonable additional rate.

Move from London to Amsterdam
We just moved to Amsterdam from London and the all experience could not have been better !
We had to request a quote from them after our movers dropped us off less than 5 days before our move and they have been super reactive, quick to answer and they were no hidden fees, everything went smoothly.
They came on time to collect in London, the driver Darius was super helpful and took great care of our items. Delivery 2 days later in Amsterdam, the driver was super helpful, helped me bring everything in the 3rd floor and super quickly.
Couldn’t recommend them enough, the price was super competitive, Arkadiucz very responsive and the move super easy. Thank you !

Great communication from the start, kept me informed when the driver was arriving and delivered the goods in super fast time. Other companies were telling me it would take 7-14 days to deliver our belongings from UK to Germany but Kanguro did it in 3 days.

Smooth experience
Arkadiusz was really helpful and professional. He helped me arrange move from the UK to the Netherlands very swiftly. He also handled all formalities regarding customs so I could focus just on packing my stuff. The driver was also helpful and we were able to arrange pickup and delivery times.

Move from UK to Poland made easy
I moved from the UK to Poland for work and had some belongings I needed to ship. Arkadiusz is very swift and informative with his responses and answered all my questions. The entire process was uncomplicated and quick.
A driver arrived on the agreed upon day and helped me load my things into his lorry. A week later, I got a message saying that my stuff was to be delivered at my new address in Poland. The driver, a different one than the one in London, didn't help me with my stuff and just unloaded it out of his van, but I managed since I didn't have much.
Nothing was damaged apart from two cheap plastic boxes I had packed things in, but considering the long trip my belongings just had including a reload into a smaller vehicle, I expected it. Main thing for me was that the things inside the boxes were okay, which they were. Even my mugs and glasses.
I'm still waiting for my deposit, but I wholeheartedly recommend Kanguro. I'm so glad I went with them and it made my stressful move so much easier. Worth every penny!
