This is a scam. They operate from China, there’s nothing like handcrafted bags in their inventory. They sent you poor quality items and if you order an expensive one they send you by “mistake” a bag no one would pay money for EVER. The trick is, the offer 30 days return policy but you need to pay for that and guess what the shipping to China nowadays is more than the order itself. Don’t be fooled! IT’S A SCAM!!!

I believed the story of hard-working Karen who had to sell her company after years in business in the U.S.. Only after i pushed "ORDER NOW" for the couple of "leather" bags I wanted did i read online that this company is in China/Hong Kong and has been in business 4 months, Then I read all the reviews from people who received the bags that they were made of plastic and to send them to Hong Kong?China cost more thant the bags, A few hours after I ordered, I tried to cancel the order, I tried everytihng to cancel the order and it kept sending me a message saying that it had already been shipped. if you want a real leather bag, do not buy these.

I am so disappointed. These bags were not as advertised. The other reviews were right these are cheap China made. When you do research and websites say they are out of Canada, that’s a lie. This companies advertising is filled with fraud and false advertising.

If it were possible to write a review with negative stars I would do so. The quality of the "hand crafted" "leather" bags is non existent. Total crap. They are made of plastic and made in China. One of the bags I ordered had a ripped seam. I'd ordered them to give as gifts. I cannot do that. I'd be embarrassed to give them to Goodwill, they are so crappy. I followed the instructions on line to try and return them, but the email address doesn't exist.

Cheap CHINA made bags. Complete waste of money and fraud website. These cheap inferior bags are made in China. The story of Karen retiring etc is just a scam. Do not waste your money on this garbage.

I ordered two bags from Karen Bags, a gray one and a black one. I only received order confirmation for the gray bag, but was charged for both of them. I sent an email to Customer Service and they replied as if I complained about the shipping time. I filed a dispute with PayPal and they were in favor of the seller. I received the gray bag today. It is such a disappointment. This bag is NOT leather and is very cheaply made. This is a lesson learned. NEVER, EVER buy ANYTHING from the ads on YouTube!
UPDATE: I did receive the second bag today. The quality is slightly better. However, it is not made of real leather.

It took a very long time to arrive. I ordered 3 bags. Martha's timeless elegance bag is a very cheap looking bag made of some kind of plastic. Could buy at any inexpensive discount store. was not happy with it. other 2 bags are ok.

Total garbage. I received a cheap plastic purse shipped from China, not a handmade leather bag from USA shop. There is no Karen. Malware tips blog reports this is a fraudulent site. I have reported it to my credit card company. Others should do the same and check accounts for unauthorized purchases.

I would give NO stars if I can- this company is a scam- the stories are not real and the bags come from China. I have been emailing customer service for 1 month regarding my shipment showing stopped delivery and in China- they just say contact my local carrier and will not help or refund. This is a scam the purse that was send to me was for a little girl not the quality that I expected definitely disappointed.

It is an unethical and illegal Fraud Scan from Hong Kong. I wrote email after email Where are my products . ? NO reply but to say " SO busy will get back in 24 and never did''Now i see videos confirming teh Fraud This is not a company IT is scam artists using fake advertising .CLOSING retiring Nonsense and then the HOOK and JAB .. I have never boought into ascam ever until NOW .. how abusive and Yes I am taking action ...they stole my money .

I am totally disappointed with my purchase. The bag I ordered it was not leather and was made in China. I tried to return it and when I saw how much it was involved I gave up. I guess I have learned my lesson.

I purchased what was advertised as a hand crafted leather bag. Bag doesn't even look like the $72 dollar bag that I ordered, and it's not even leather. I have tried to contact customer service several times by email, since they don't provide a valid phone number, and I get no response. I have figured this is not a legitimate site and have gave up trying to return the purse for a refund. I was trying to treat myself to something nice for once since I am retired and on a fixed income, but it ended in a bad purchase.

These bags are made in China, not the USA as the ad implies. If you want to return them, you must contact them for the return address. This is when you find out that you need to return the bags to China at a considerable expense. It also takes nearly a month for the bags to arrive.They will offer to return 30% of the purchase price if you will keep your purchases. This is a total scam. The bags are not hand crafted and the original price is considerably inflated. The best way to get your money back is by disputing the charge with your credit card company.

Karen's Bags is a ripoff, total lies, a SCAM, When my bag finally arrived it was a CHEAP PLASTIC. Whoever call this thing beautiful in a review LIED. This thing is not worth $3 at the Dollor Store. I was so disappointed because of the images in the advertisements. What a SCAM. I asked for my money back, but you know that wasn't going to happen. Well, maybe I'll get my money's worth if this review stops someone else from falling for this SCAM.

One hundred fifty dollars is what this company stole from me. The product is not worth forty dollars. Definitely a SCAM.
