It’s just a scam. I ordered a bag for my wife and first is made in China, second is non even similar to the image of the comercial and third is non even leather it’s just a piece of plastic.

Took a very long time for order to come. Somehow I thought it was an US based company, not Chinese. Poor quality purse, lining material flimsy and not well done. The purse is definitely not leather, but a poor-quality vinyl of some kind. Not worth what I paid for this bag by a long shot. Very deceptive advertising.

I ordered 2 items but only received 1 item. When contacting Customer Service their tactic is to place the legwork on the customer without remorse. This shows lack/disregard of Customer Service.

Also, the material used was subpar and I would not vouch for the craftsmanship.

I wish there were negative stars. The product is plastic not leather and if I try to return it I have to pay for shipping to Hong Kong. Total scam don’t fall for it like I did.

Looks like Nola and Claire Jewellery might have progressed into Leather from China the person who allegedly makes these bags/belts is also retiring and selling goods off cheap mmmh!!!

Scammer, just the same as James Andrew bags which are supposed to be hand tooled leather from America but you receive cheap plastic bags from China. Note that the many positive reviews are from people that have only left one review and they sound so similar they could be written by the same person, where the person has left another review, it seems to be for the same scam (I got to this company because of an almost identical review by the same person on Jame Andrew bags). Beware, pay attention to the bad reviews as they are most likely the truth!

Bags made in China and sent to wrong address, customer care good at replying but at helping with misdeliver. Who knows what the bags are like

Total scam. Cheap crap from China that will cost you a fortune to return, so say good bye to your money. Beware!

The bags are fake leather from China. Look on the website of Temu. You can get them for a few quid.
Also look for Clearpay or Klarna advertised for paying. Otherwise I wouldn't touch anything with a bargepole

Contact us is bogus. Why does it say Hong Kong? I’m filled with regret and it hasn’t arrived….. :(

I am embarrassed to say that I fell for this scam, but feel it important to fess up so others don't get taken as well. Bags are anything but leather, have a very nasty smell, and are definitely from China. Won't bother trying to get a refund and have learned a painfully costly lesson. Do not do business with this company.

These bags came in packaging from China, are cheaply made, and I’m not sure they are actually leather. I can’t find a way to contact them for a return or refund. Major disappointment. Stay away from this website.

I spent $83 dollars in two woman purses, supposedly 'leather', only to get fake and cheap materials. I demand my money return. This is clearly a scam. Do not buy from these people.

Bait and switch SCAM. after waiting weeks for package what I got was a CHEAP fake bag. Not “hand crafted leather”. They said if I want to return it I must pay return postage to CHINA. This means they get you because who can afford that? Reported to PayPal but they say I don’t qualify for refund because package was delivered.
CAUTION: Do Not fall forth is scam . Karen Bags are a scam.

The bags are cheap plastic - not leather - and they took weeks to arrive and customer service is worthless. The website is a total fabrication. Don't believe the fake reviews!!!!

This is a scam. I ordered two and both are pleather. They are not hand stitched and they come from China. Do not buy!

Scammers. Not from the US. Not leather. Promises free returns for 30 days, but won't ever send a return label.

Received plastic Hand bag no leather at all from china,

I ordered several of Karen’s bags and they were completely junk, fake leather. One was so thin I wouldn’t trust it to carry even the most light weight items. These other 5 star reviews must be scams. Do not buy from them!
