Karen Bags 

Recently purchased a brown bag which was supposed to be leather,it is not,paid £35 for the bag and I am not satisfied with purchase,A friend has the same bag which she bought on a different site and paid £5 for it,feel I've been mislead and reading reviews of other customers I'm deeply disappointed 😞

Actually, the first bag I purchased is BEAUTIFUL so I bought another and it is PLASTIC. Do not order from Karen Bags - you do not know what you will get!

First of all, there is no Karen. These are not made in America, but come from China. And they do not offer free returns, though their website specifically states they do. You have to pay to return the items to China. Shoddy products. Dishonest company.

This is not Karen Bags, they are from China, even with writing in Chinese. Two bags ordered, one is ok, the other bag looks cheap, so thin it doesn't seem like leather. a similar issue with two belts

"Karen's bags" are the exact same bags that were sold a few months back as "Grace's bags. Even the story line about retiring is the same - a load of grift. I bought three bags on the exact same sale when they were "Grace's"; the new "Karen's" hasn't even bothered to change the names of most of the purses. "Grace's-bags" are on TrustPilot. Check it out before you fall for this absurd line. My guess is that after a few months Karen will retire to be followed by "Mary's bags", then "Helen's bags," , etc. They may change the names of the bags (or not), but the charming story of this one lady sewing all these handbags will remain the same old hogwash.

Fake company. Uses AI images. Bag was not leather. Not from US. Fake owner. Bag looked like a 2 dollar day care bag. Hideous. Do not buy. Micro suede? Macro FAKE

If I had known the bags would ship from China, I would have bought the same bag at a cheaper price on amazon.

Shipping took way too long!

I'm not an expert on leather so I will not speak on that, but there is deception from the company.

I ordered 2 handbags. They did arrive. They were junk. They didn't even smell like 100% leather. Sadly the reviews didn't show up until after I received the 2 bags. Honestly I wanted to throw up I was soooo upset. They say (oh you can return them if your unhappy) THE CATCH? They charge so much for return shipping you might as well keep the product. They know exactly what they are doing. The only reason they got (*) is because that's the only way you can write a review.
PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR IT AS I DID...IT'S A 100% SCAM.

Without checking out the website to see if it was legitimate, I ordered a bag. Then I checked and it was a scam site. I called MasterCard and they had already declined I the charge. That tells you something.

These bags are leather, I guess. They're not as advertised. They're factory made in China. They're not by any means handcrafted by "Karen" or anyone else. You will not receive what you ordered because the company "Karen's Bags" is not real.

Karen's Bags is a scam website. I ordered three bags which I very recently received. After I placed the order I saw that the shipping originated from the country of China. I was most surprised to see this. I then went online and researched the Karen's Bags website and saw that this website is a total scam. I thought the bags were manufactured in the United States or in Canada based on the Karen's Bags website. Do not order from this website. They are scam artists. I have made a request to receive a refund but I doubt that this will happen.

Don’t buy unless you really want the bags that are defo NOT GENUINE LEATHER UNLESS ITS HUMAN SKIN OR SHARK SKIN??? Took for ever to get here as must have gone through China! Bags are well made stink of fish oil and won’t last long like leather will.
The advertised price is for USA $ not for Australia$ by the time it’s converted to $Aus dollars it’s double the price! WHAT A RIP OFF!
When I wrote to them telling the customer care that I was disappointed they did reply offering me 20% of full price and keep the bags! Plus jump through hoops for it! What the???

I ordered an $80 dollar from this place and they sent me a cheap Chinese vinyl purse. I was told this bag would be leather and it was not secondly the dimensions of the purse were not as described as well. I'd like my money back. This is not right.

This is a scam. They pay people to review their company and products, but they're all actors.

Here's a clue: Take a picture of the bag "Karen" made and put it through Google. Ironically, you'll find the same bag, right down to the"K" on the purse, sold by Walmart for about $12, as well as a number of other vendors.

Not saying it's a bad purse, but it certainly isn't what it says it is.

It's a scam. There is no Karen and no one is closing. Just another Chinese fake.

This purchase was the biggest scam and big waste of money! They advertised a Leather bag but was a cheap plastic bag with a terrible odor of fish! The bag was nothing as advertised, the discounted price was not anywhere near the worth of the real bags received, they were garbage! Not to mention they were not made locally or in the U.S. but rather in China and took an entire month to arrive to receive this awful garbage! The price to return is ridiculous and still has to be approved by the company which can potentially be rejected and even then would take another month following to get any remanence of a refund back. Worst experience with this company! Would not recommend to anyone and would consider to everyone to report this company to the BBB (Better Business Bureau)!

I order my purse on May 5 ,25 and here it is May 20,25
and I haven't receive my purse yet.It shouldn't take 20 days for me to get my purse...and every time I look to see when it is coming it keep saying that is is on the way...and it is not..I will never order any hand bags from her ever again and I am calling my bank for her to return my money back on my credit card.
