If Kartra weren’t so buggy and their support weren’t so slow and unhelpful, it could potentially be a good product. However, their primary focus seems to be taking your money for a product that doesn’t work as advertised. (Avoid paying for an annual subscription!)

I encountered issues with their order pages not processing correctly on a book funnel over a year ago. Despite my repeated requests, they couldn’t fix the problem and kept instructing me to clear my cache as a solution. After spending six months building the funnel and membership site, all my hard work was wasted, as I couldn’t run ads to start my business.

Fast forward a year, and I tried to get the funnel working again. Unfortunately, I encountered the same issues when testing the pages. This time, Kartra admitted there was a technical fault and assured me they’d fix it—but nothing happened. In fact, the issue worsened, with the two-step order form no longer working on top of the original problem. Despite two weeks of back-and-forth, they offered no real assistance in troubleshooting the issue. When I expressed my frustration and asked for help, their response was to tell me, once again, to clear my cache, which did nothing.

THEN, SHOCKINGLY, THEY DELETED ALL OF MY SUPPORT TICKETS IN THE SUPPORT PORTAL, ERASING ANY EVIDENCE OF MY COMPLAINTS AND THEIR RESPONSES. THIS IS HOW KARTRA “SUPPORTS” ITS USERS: THEY CHARGE A COSTLY ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION FOR FAULTY SOFTWARE, FAIL TO RESOLVE TECHNICAL ISSUES, AND THEN ERASE EVIDENCE OF THEIR LACK OF SUPPORT.

I would strongly recommend considering other software that works as advertised and has a support team that actually assists users. Otherwise, you’re risking your time, money, and business.

Just responding to your message below. I have reached out over 10 time on the matter. Zero help to solve the matter. Just generic reply like yours. I feel like a totally ripped off and unvalued customer.

I like the all-in-one system of quizzes, questionaires, landing pages, funnels, and CRM. It works seemlessly. Customer service is fast and helpful when needed.

I have been with Kartra for several years and overall I recommend it. There are things that frustrate me as well which is why 4/5 stars. I like that I can house my video and assets there and build out portals for my courses without buying another software! The tagging system is pretty good...I wish they did a tutorial on how to do that well as people are joining so the program doesn't become a mess. When I try to use Kartra on my iPad it does not work well. I often lose work because it does not autosave like other platforms do (and I was used to from being on a different platform). If a photo isn't turned the right direction, no way to change that, have to reload it. There are things like that that are frustrating and happen regularly that suck up time. But overall, I have been satisfied with Kartra, and I have been in 4 different systems so I have a sense of how they should work.

I am somebody without much technology experience. I have found Karta easy to use. When I did have a question and reached out to customer support they responded with an email including a short video on how to handle my problem all within a few hours. I found that extremely impressive!

I love Kartra, I call it the Rolls Royce of marketing platforms, however my only issue is that you do not cater for users in Africa where your payment systems are concerned. You have enough users in South Africa to include a South African payment system as a lot of our buyers are in Africa. I still have not been able to integrate Paypal and hence I have not sold any of my programs on kartra. I have sold them outside kartra. Established south african Kartra users have registered US companies in order to use Stripe. I am a small business with just under 3000 on my list who are all in Africa.

from the training, to the functionality, to the ease of building my funnels, how seamless creating the flow of the funnels from concept to launch plus the customer service I am super happy with Kartra. I encourage anyone looking to start a business or anyone that has a current business to take a good look at this platform. I am managing an international business from my laptop and my mobile phone.

Often it will lag with saving or syncing changes especially in the membership area.
Can sometimes be clunky.
Would be good when uploading video to be able to automatically include splash image.
Cart handling more than one product would make it a more ideal one-stop website.

I love the Kartra all-in-one platform. It is fairly intuitive to use, and the new user support is fantastic. And right now they are in the process of making some major improvements, which shows that they take our feedback seriously. My only complaint is when they offer webinars where they sponsor someone to teach us how to do something, but those always end up being commercials for that person's newest sell, and the learning content is really little more than an overview of their $1000+ product. I wish they simply would say no to these "sponsored" events, OR, at the very least, tell us up front that it's somebody's sales pitch and they are providing that person with a free live audience. It really feels unethical to me the way it is done now.

I've been with Kartra for the past 5 years because it is the platform where I can find most of the tools I need to run my online tennis business. From email marketing to advanced funnels, they offer a solid service for online entrepreneurs. Also, a special mention is their customer service: they are very polite and detailed with all the pieces of information they provide.

I found it difficult to fit learning Kartra into my busy schedule and have been frustrated by it, despite the fact that it appears to be simpler than my other CRM. I'm a busy medical professional and just don't have enough time to learn another piece of software.

current plan was $100 a month approximately, there was a problem with billing and when i sorted it, (new card number) I am told that it is now $247 a month, I have explained but they are not interested, so due to the lack of loyalty (i.e. I had Kartra was before covid) I will simply just loose all my work and restart with another competitor, lack of loyalty goes both ways.

The platform is good to use in the back and front end. What I do like most is that Karta is an all in one platform that has the functions of several.

I love this platform. It has built in templates to get you started. There is live training available. It's my all in one platform.

I really love the platform and all the features it provides however I will share 2 elements I’m a bit disappointed as a long term customer
- 1 the customer service use to be more reactive with the chat. Now we can’t access a person if we have a problem and the time to get an answer back from a ticket is very long
- 2 I’ve been offered offered the pro plan with the old starter plan price but can’t change the annual payment for a monthly one. Although I’m happy to be a long term client with this advantage it feels like I’m stuck with no option for my payments method

The drag and drop builder is slow and painful to use.

Having to click "apply changes" to every single change is incredibly frustrating.

Drag and drop is very temperamental, sometimes working, sometimes not.

Having to click "View Preview", to then wait for a preview to generate, and then having to click "Open Preview" when ready - WHAT'S THE POINT? JUST OPEN.

I have clients that use many different systems, this one is by far the worst and takes me significantly more time due to stupid UI interfaces that Kartra's dev team have botched together.

Stick with WordPress... CRMs should be just that, a CRM, not pretending to be a website builder to lure in unsuspecting and unknowledgeable customers.

I chose Kartra because I wanted an all-in-one platform for my business (website, CRM, scheduler, store, funnel builder, etc.) and an option to offer to my clients so I could easily manage multiple business platforms from a central location (agency). I've been so impressed with three factors I was not expecting...service/support, training options and development/enhancement feedback. The team at Kartra ACTUALLY cares about our experience, ideas and issues with their program...and they ACTUALLY listen and do their best to ensure what we share is addressed...if not implemented. This creates a feeling of ownership and teamwork beyond any non-proprietary program I've ever used. I'm proud to recommend Kartra to my clients and excited for what is to come with new developments and enhancements.

The client service is friendly and engaged. The program is a bit difficult to understand at first, but there are videos about everything and once you know how it' great that there are so many options and integrations
