Expensive and not inclusive for allergy sufferers.

7 of us went for a child's birthday treat. Prices were outrageous and the ice creams weren't particularly exciting.

A member of our party ordered a plant based pudding which had been researched before the trip and was from the plant based section of the menu. After ordering and paying a member of staff came over with the allergy menu and explained that the pudding did infact have milk in which could have made the member of our group very sick. Looking through the allergy menu we discovered that there is in fact only 1 non dairy ice cream, even though it is advertised otherwise. We were refunded for that 1 meal but basically meant they had to sit there with nothing. If they advertised correctly and we had known. We would not have chosen to eat here. But. Tbh. Due to the prices we wouldn't go back anyway. Shame. Birthday treat ruined. A complete waste of money.

Piece of Glass in Icecream

I ordered a Pistachio Sundae from the Sunderland branch. There was a piece of glass in the ice cream. It looked like it had broken off the edge of something.

I tried to ring the shop to warn them that it was in the ice cream but the phone number given online was not recognised / in use.

I went through the online form and received a reply which stated that I should contact Uber Eats if I was not happy with the product as they could not help.

The manager was super unprofessional at…service customer (Sarah)

The manager was super unprofessional at Stockport,Manchester.I order a half and half waffle that was suppose to come one side Oreo one side nuts.But they missed Oreo and Nutella while serving when I asked the crew who was serving me she took it away to add Oreo and I ask her I orderded Nutella as well she said you didn’t order Nutella sauce maybe who took the order she missed it so I asked crew shall I come for payment she said don’t worry I will add it but she came with just Oreo saying her manager stop her adding Nutella so I went to till for £1 payment and I waited for too long there my waffle become cold meantime.it was their fault while taking the order still the manager sarah did not allow crew just for sauce and my food became cold I have never seen a manager like her.still no one come to take my food I had bring the plate by myself to add the sauce.Manager name (Sarah)

Fought off the Nike tech fleece…

Fought off the Nike tech fleece warriors like a knight in shining armour before delivering us the most amazing pancake pasta (yes I know!!!) overall 10/10 would recommend unless you’re a chav then BEWARE!!!

I ordered a pistachio kunafa pot for…

I ordered a pistachio kunafa pot for £11.95. The pot was full of strawberries and kunafa and had 1% of pistachio cream. It was really dry and it was definitely a big waste of money.

New Staff Required.

I arrived at Taunton Kaspa’s hoping to get a nice cold milkshake and the sign on the Door said Open. When I tried to enter it turned out it was closed. The lights were on but no staff. Kaspas need to Sort their staff out. I will not be returning anytime Soon.

Avoid Liverpool restaurant - Unhygienic

Visited the Liverpool restaurant with the children. The place was absolutely disgusting. The service was rubbish. No one seemed to know how to work the till or get the correct pricing. We was overcharged for ice cream. The toilets were absolutely vile took photos and I’ve told Kaspas “customer service” that I want a refund. It has now been two months and they still have done nothing about it. No refund processed some man called Ian Turner emailed me to offer me a £25 voucher which I declined because there is no way I will return to that restaurant again because of the lack of hygiene And how dirty and unsanitary it was. I would not take my children back there ever again. I still want my refund as it’s £25 wasted when I could’ve took them somewhere else it is really poor customer service that this has complaint has still not been dealt with for over two months. Do not visit the Liverpool restaurant go somewhere else it is absolutely filthy and the staff don’t seem to care either there should be daily checks for hygiene and health and safety. This clearly doesn’t happen here

Stony Faced Unfriendly Staff at Kaspa's Lincoln

On Wednesday afternoon 19th of February the family visited Kaspa's Lincoln When standing at the counter not one of the four members of staff looked up to make eye contact. None of them were that busy preparing food. The staff supervisor who eventually served us would not walk two paces to help identify the doughnuts our granddaughters had chosen. I had to show a photo. Throughout the transaction the supervisor's manner was condescending and sullen.

Ordered three boba drinks

Ordered three boba drinks. The delivery was on time, and the packaging was secure. However, the plastic seal around the top of the bottles doesn’t seem like the best way to protect the drinks.

Unfortunately, the drinks themselves were disappointing - almost flavourless and lacking the expected taste. Not the best experience.

New addington kaspas

New addington kaspas , absolutely disgusting ! Nearly £70 spent for 2 adults and 3 children .
Crepes freezing cold , ice cream sundaes sloppy and messy , drinks warm and brought 15 minutes after food . Sloppy and slow service , no wonder it’s always empty

Very bad

Absolutely disgusting how long we've been waiting for our order 45 minutes our order was for 5 people , orders been coming around 10 minutes apart . There was our kids who ready eat food and some who was still waiting. Waffles been burned , coockiedough hard . Absolutely not recommend this place
