Initially received a defective belt

Initially received a defective belt, but Harvey made sure the issue was resolved. Got my Memento Mori replacement with some nice red wrist straps which were complimentary I’m sure. Great customer service and great products!

Great customer service

Katamu made it very easy to swap out an item in my order. Also that quality of the equipment was great. I got the strength kit for someone as a gift, but I will be getting my own soon too.

I’ve been looking for a good lifting…

I’ve been looking for a good lifting belt for a while and instagram hear my wishes and showme an add from Katamu belts and I don’t think twice! This being a awesome belt helps my back strength, I can tell I can do more reps

I ordered the wrong size

I ordered the wrong size belt but I let the company and they were quick with a response and incredibly helpful. They made the process easy and better yet the belt is incredible. Looks so nice and I can’t wait to lift in it more.

The lever belt feels amazing

The lever belt feels amazing, I used it that day i got the delivery and it made my squat and deadlift and lifts feel smoother more controlled and comfortable.

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service when I needed to exchange one belt to another. Clear and consistent communication throughout the process made me confident that I was in good hands. Not to mention that when I actually got my belt it was top quality and great for my heavy lifts.

Absolutely love my products

Absolutely love my products, I already have a few more PR’s. The products are beautiful and very well-made. only issue I’ve had was that the delivery was a bit longer because I live on the other side of the world( the Netherlands). Customer service was great when I reached to them so I’m absolutely very happy to have ordered here.
