Emailed customer service and they were able to change the size of my belt even after I’d ordered. Then received a response email letting me know about the change. Best customer support I’ve ever had from a gym equipment brand.

I ordered the wrong size belt and they make it extremely easy to exchange it for the right size.They Answered all my questions super well and fast. Definitely 5 star worthy customer service!

Everything had fantastic quality to it. Even the packaging looks like they took the time for it. The only down side was the time frame of arrival but even then it was so worth the wait.

I wanted to return my belt because I got a size too big and the customer service was very optimal. They lead me through the very easy process of returning my belt and once I got it sent back they shipped out my replacement right away. The belt is very nice and way better than the ones my gym has.

Bought a strength kits that came with the lifting belt, wrist wraps, knee sleeves, and lifting straps. Everything in the kit was super high quality and love the belt so far, I have been using it for abt 3 weeks now. Definitely worth the money and the customer service is phenomenal. One of the studs from the lifting belt broke off and I contacted customer support and my man Harvey sorted everything out quickly got a replacement lever and even worked with my request for a different colored lever i absolutley trust this brand.

I was stuck in between 2 sizes and ordered the wrong one. The customer service showed quick response and replaced it within 1 week. Very cooperative and helpful staff.

I ordered the wrong size knee sleeve and the katamu team (Harvey) were super attentive and helpful in the exchange process. I don’t think i’ve ever come across another company who were as responsive as this team. Can’t wait to get my correct knee sleeve size and get back to lifting heavy with the much needed knee support!!

The belt itself is amazing, the lever does get it in the way sometimes which had caused it to snap but y'all sent me out a brand new one and had great customer support.

Katamu will work with you as much as you need and are very attentive and timely with their responses through email. I am very happy with the quality of product as well. Harvey was very personable and willing to answer the questions I had and help me however he could.

I just recently got into powerlifting and I’m not too familiar with lifting belts but, I was referred to this company through a couple friends and this YouTuber I use to watch. I decided to buy a belt on the cheaper side as it is my first one. However, being my first belt, I wasn’t to sure on the measurements and how to find a good fit. Ultimately, I just sent it on an XL belt. It arrived fairly quickly and AMAZING QUALITY. The downside was, it was too big for me. I started panicking and wasn’t sure if Katamu would accept me swapping it out for a L belt.
I reached out to the team through email and they responded in no time explaining the next step to swap the belt for a size that would fit me. I shipped my XL belt back to them and gave them the tracking number and they shipped me the Large belt and included the tracking as well.
Over all, I’m extremely impressed with the customer service and the efficiency of the company when It comes to handling inconveniences. They were a lot of help and very responsive. I highly recommend!

I went to order a belt my husband said he wanted and it was a different price than he was seeing-same link. This is price deception.
I contacted customer service they said it was a bug and thanked me.
It’s still showing the wrong price.

Harvey was great, I reached out about a size exchange for my knee sleeves and he was more than happy to help me. He even helped me decide which size would work best instead, since my measurements were a bit in between sizes. I havent gotten my order and on the webside it just says order didnt succeed. Havent gotten a replie from the shop. I dont recomend.

Great price! Amazing product!

The Katamu lever belt has been unreal for my training. Solid build quality, super supportive, and the lever is quick and reliable under heavy weight. It’s helped me stay locked in through a 230kg squat and 260kg deadlift with no issues at all.
Comfortable once broken in and definitely worth it if you’re serious about strength training.
