I ordered a pair of shoes in the Black Friday sale in a uk size 4. They arrived in good time but were so small I needed to exchange them for the next size up.
They give you just three days to return the parcel so I sent them off the very next day.
I have an email to state that the shoes were on they way back to them but after a week there was radio silence from Kate spade.
I tried to email them but my emails just kept bouncing back and no one was replying to the WhatsApp number. I tried to email a third time and had a reply the next day to say they hadn’t received my parcel yet and would issue the exchange once they had.
I WhatsApped them again to see why they still hadn’t received the parcel as it was nearly two weeks later. They said the return was being processed but was vague about whether they had the parcel.
Three weeks later I received an email to say the new shoes had been dispatched to me. However received an email today to state that they are now out of stock and have issued a refund.
I’m glad I’m getting a refund but I don’t understand how you only give us three days to return a parcel but it takes Three Weeks to receive said parcel and then by that time the item is out of stock.
I don’t want to sound like a Karen but I won’t be shopping from Kate spade again after this. It’s not worth the hassle.

I have loved Kate Spade for many years, bought their bags and clothes for myself, my niece and now my great nieces. However, the latest issue has totally ruined their reputation and my feelings about their brand.
I bought a lovely large Emma bag for myself in February. Took it on holiday to the States and used it a couple more times in Uk. Took it on a trip in October and the zip would not close. I had to go buy another bag. I contacted Kate Spade on 14 November- provided photos and proof of purchase. Was told I would receive a response in 7 days. That came and went. I have tried emailing, using What’s App and business messenger- nothing. I then finally managed to speak to a customer service assistant last week and was promised they would sort it as it was not acceptable I have waited so long for a response. I was promised a call on Friday 5th. It is now the 11th and still nothing. I have tried What’sApp again, sent yet another email and tried the phone line - which has now been stopped.
I am truly shocked at how bad their customer service is. Absolutely shocking. Will never purchase from them again

Given a low rate because I haven't received the Kate Spade bag and got no notification from Kate Spade of it coming. I was hoping that I could purchase more off this site but now I don't think I would.

Made two orders on the same day! First was delivered within days....excellent service! However, over 11 days later the second one has still not arrived. No more updates from GLS. Tried ringing Kate Spade...on hold over 30mins on both occasions and no answer. Emails have gone unresolved also. Very disappointed.
