Poor customer and delivery service
Ordered a bag and the parcel did not arrived. However, on the delivery courier tracker, it was mentioned that it has arrived. No picture evidence of parcel arriving. Told customer service about it which then told me to check with all my neighbours when I have not put a safe place as I was home the whole time. Had to sign a declaration form to investigate which is going to take 10 days. No solution provided and now I just have to wait and do nothing. Never bring from here again especially during Christmas time

About a month ago, I bought two Kate Spade bags and they came without any wrapping. I was quite upset. However, I just bought two more for Christmas presents and I am pleased to say they were wrapped and packaged to a very high standard. User friendly
It is easy to look up items one is interested in. It keeps the items in the cart even though I left them without checking out. And it allows to show different colors or styles of the same item without refreshing or loading a new page.

Was my first time ordering from Kate Spade and has to be one of the best brands I’ve ordered from. Very smooth and quick delivery, items were amazing quality and packaged with care.
