exactly what was needed
It was exactly what we, that is the cat and her servants, were looking for. She has always been a fussy eater, now that a changed. She does not like the mooo, so we’ve taken out of the next order, going to try some of the others.

I am so happy with KatKin! My kitten is very fussy eater and after trying so many different brands this is the first she really loves! Seeng her finish her plate every time feels amazing! It is also very convenient that the food is delivered straight to my door. Everything can be easily managed in the app - portion size, recipes, delivery dates. Overall, great experience and happy kitten!

I cancelled this subscription at the…
I cancelled this subscription at the beginning of September and thought that was the end of the relationship with this company. However, apparently not. I phoned them to understand why they were delivering again and they were totally unresponsive and refused to accept that I did not "accidentally" click on a date for a future delivery. They insisted on calling their responses to me "feedback" and insisted there was nothing they could do. The delivery would be made even though I am away from home and the unwanted delivery will sit on the porch until my return in two weeks. They insist it was my mistake. However looking at the past reviews and the repeated reviews showing this is happening time and again to other unsuspecting customers, because of the way they operate their computer system, I know I am not losing my mind and I know I did not reinstate the order. Avoid this company. Following Katkin's automatic reply to ask for more information I am editing this review to add I already telephoned the company and spoke at length. So asking again for information they already refused to listen to and deal with is gaslighting. Reading the many reviews similar to the problem I had, Katkin does not listen and is consistently perpetuating this particular model of operation to suit themselves. No customer empathy or consideration. See review from happy bunny who is an IT professional who understands how they operate their system and has explained it in the review. And avoid this company. Don't waste your time. I will also add they have sent me an email confirming my subscription is now ended but I can go into my account and resubscribe any time. And this is how they get you. I had asked for an email confirming cancellation of the subscription and deletion of my account and account details which they have not done. Now I have to email them again to do this. Hopeless.

Fresh food for cats
Delivery was on time and the food comes packed inside a recyclable box, wrapped up in recyclable wool (which can be used for many different things stated on the packaging).
Sophie cat loves the food and although she has only been eating it for almost a week, she doesn't seem to miaow for extra food in-between meal times.

Finally a food my 20 year old cat enjoys. No more licking the jelly and walking away. Her overall condition has improved, she’s loosing less fur and just has more energy and leaves a clean bowl every meal.

From the first sachet, my little girl loved it. Very little waste, I usually find a clean bowl way before her next meal time. She’s always had a lovely coat but it is looking shinier. My girl is an old lady so she can have whatever she likes.

From the moment I ordered from KatKin the customer service has been first class. More importantly the change in my cat has been incredible. He eats his entire meal, his skin and fur have improved, he is losing weight steadily which is importance to me. His temperament is better and he plays so much more. The food looks so much more appetising than the supermarket brands with the quality excellent. Huge variety of products with different flavours and textures. Delivery service is also first class. I love the sachets are dependent on your cats weight so useful for weight reduction. My cat never cries for more food or snacks so I know he is happy. I can’t recommend this brand enough.

I honestly can’t recommend KatKin enough! From the delicious, fresh meals that my two cats Mitch and Nala absolutely devour, to the most thoughtful, caring customer support I’ve ever experienced — everything is just perfect.
I recently had a little situation where I received an extra delivery, and the team handled it with such kindness, honesty and generosity. They were so understanding, offered helpful storage tips, and even happily adjusted my next delivery to the 5th of next month with zero hassle. It’s incredibly refreshing to find a company that genuinely cares about both their customers AND their furry little family members.
Mitch and Nala are healthier, happier and their coats look amazing since switching to KatKin. My experience with KatKins has been brilliant, obviously it helps if the Moggy likes it. He cant get enough of it! The benefits are no waste, quality food that has given him more energy and improved his fur. He literally wakes me up every morning and gets excited about his feeding time.
Environmentally friendly packaging and delivered to your door means I no longer have to go to the shops to buy cat food - that can be heavy to carry or he decides he doesn't like it anymore.

Our cat had symptoms of Gastritis
Our cat had symptoms of Gastritis, vet recommended Katkiins. We gradually switched over & all the symptoms have gone. Our cat absolutely loves it, never seen her so excited to receive food, always a clean dish, no leftovers. Great service, easy to use, less messy, smelly.
