An absolutely stunning Watch at an incredible price. Delighted with the purchase of my Tag Heuer Carrera 02. Robert was a pleasure to deal with, a fantastic guy, pleasant and very knowledgeable. Great communication with updates on when the watch would be delivered and updates in between. Once it was received into stock it was delivered next day to me by Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1PM. Packed very securely to protect the package. If looking for a watch be sure to use KC Watches. I'll certainly be a returning customer. Manufacturers Warranty all verified and approved via the manufacturers website proving authenticity also. Fantastic experience and saving literally a fortune.

I could not reccommend KC watches (& Robert himself) enough. I was looking to buy a watch as a present for my partner and found KC watches through a google search. The price was quite a bit better than other watch shops / high street brands. I was a bit sceptical at first but read reviews and called Robert to find out more, this made me feel a lot more comfortable. We've since got the watch which is so nice! We took it into the brand store to be resized which authenticated it was genuine. I would definitely reccommend Robert to friends and if we were looking to purchase another watch in the future use KC watches again.

Yes the watch took a bit longer, owing to issues out of Robert’s hands, but he managed the situation professionally and kept me up to date. His after sales service is also excellent, the human touch. From my first contact with Robert I have been kept fully informed about progress of my order which arrived yesterday after 3 weeks. Ordered a Tag Heuer watch for my husband’s birthday, watch took a little longer than expected to arrive but it did say on the website it could do. "I love this watch! It is a great all round watch that looks good for all occasions whether it be worn daily with t shirt and jeans or with a suit for a night out. I’d been considering purchasing one for quite a while but held off while covid was bringing the world to its knees and during that time watched the retail price increase in most shops. When it came time to purchase K C Watches were the most competitively priced and after reading other reviews on the internet felt confident in purchasing from them so placed the order online. I received a Sage pay confirmation email of payment and then emailed K C Watches to confirm they had the order. Robert replied to say they had received and the the watch would take a couple of weeks to arrive as was stated on the website. A couple of weeks later I received a phone call from Robert who sounded like a very nice man to say the watch had arrived and he would be posting it out asap. I received the watch by Royal Mail special delivery shortly after and it was well worth the wait for the saving made over other retailers. Highly recommended and I will purchase from them again in the future.

From the first moment Robert was very helpful and explained the process. Getting the watch took a little longer than normal due to Covid but I am absolutely thrilled with the packaging, let alone the watch itself.

Although completely genuine, I checked with Hublot to verify as this was a great price for this watch. All authentication was passed and I even have an extra year of warranty with Hublot now too!

I ordered on the 9th October and received my Tag Aquamaster on 24th November and I am more than happy with my purchase which was 700 pounds less than the high Street. Robert rang me numerous times and he is obviously experiencing the delays in supplies that other companies are. I would buy again.

I was looking online at buying the new Tag aquaracer and came across kc watches. Where they had the exact watch I was after listed at £500 cheaper then retail. My initial thoughts were no surely not. It seemed far to good to be true!!.... so after doing some research (looking at reviews etc) and then phoned the number where I spoke to the owner Robert who straight away filled me with confidence. I could just tell he was an honest man, also very helpful and friendly and he certainly knew he's stuff when it comes to watches so I thought sod it do you know what I will order through him. Fair enough the watch did take a good few weeks to arrive ( I did know that could be the case when ordering) so it wasnt a problem especially as Robert would phone and keep me updated every step of the way. Some days we would be on the phone for 45 minutes having a good old chat about all sorts which I thought was really really nice. Robert is a true gentleman and an absolute pleasure to do business with. As you can tell I would 1000% recommend him to anybody looking for a great service and unbeatable prices on their next watch purchase. It's only the beginning for me as I'm already looking at what next to order through him. I've not even mentioned the watch yet lol which is an absolute cracker I love it. Ordered a Tag Heuer Carrera Heuer 02 Skeleton from KC Watches and am over the moon with it.

Got all the original retail packaging and warranty and it all registered fine on the Tag site.

Communication from Robert was excellent and it all completed within a few weeks.

KC are the real deal. Fantastic grey market prices but none of the warranty draw backs.

Highly recommended.

I’d highly recommend Robert and KC watches. My Tag gulf watch arrived yesterday via registered post and was well wrapped (I live in Southern Ireland by the way) Robert was a pleasure to deal with from the get go.
