I can highly recommend Keens . The staff in store were extremely helpful without being pushy, very knowledgable and friendly. Delivery was organised and prompt . I was away when sofas were delivered and the delivery driver contacted me by phone , giving me advice on delivery etc . Keens gave customer service nailed , just how it should be !

Lovely new sofas
Had seen the sofas I liked in a different shop but didn't get any help from staff there. Decided to go keens and saw lots on offer. Ordered the sofas I liked. Nice and easy and got them delivered this week. Great staff in store and a big thanks to Cathy for all her help. Delivery men were great, so pleasant and helpful especially considering they had to take the sofas up 2 flights of stairs without a lift. Thanks so much. Am really happy with sofas.

Keen's - Excellent staff and furniture
Denise was very helpful while we were choosing settees for our lounge. She was very patient while we finally chose from Keen's very wide selection. Her advice, particularly on potential colours, was very useful and we didn't feel pushed into making any purchases.

Friendly, unpressured assistance in the salesroom from Brian. Professional, efficient delivery. Only issue was the stainguard pack did not arrive with furniture and was needed in 1st few days.

Highly recommend
The staff on the shop floor were knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful. The process of choosing and buying my table and chairs was made very pleasant and straightforward.
I am delighted with my table and chairs, the table is extremely tbh beautiful and resistant to marks or stains and the chairs are also beautiful and extremely comfortable. I love that they swivel as well. All the staff in Keens, including Ben in the office are very professional and pleasurable to deal with.

Excellent furniture shop in East Belfast
This store has an excellent range of furniture. All staff I dealt with were helpful and efficient. Price includes delivery and any assembly and all packaging was removed.
