Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish - from all the help and advice we got from Denise and Paul before placing our order, right through to delivery men who were so helpful, tidy and conscientious - each and every time they arrived. After moving to a new home in July, I have had ordered furniture from a few different sources this year (both locally and online) and I can honestly say that Keens were by far and away the best. So much so, in fact, that I don't think I'll order from anywhere else in the future - they were absolutely first class!

Keens Furniture is a superb store, great quality furniture at a reasonable price. The staff Denise, Paul and Amid are extremely helpful and friendly. They go the extra mile to ensure the selection and delivery process runs seamlessly.
I’ve just had delivery of my dining table and 8 chairs today, the order was placed only 2 weeks ago. I’m absolutely delighted with them. The delivery guys provided a first class service. They arrived on time, were totally respectful of our home, placing floor coverings before entering, They assembled the furniture in no time at all and left the place exactly how they found it, a credit to their company.
I have used Keens for the past 10 years and I’ve never been disappointed with either the furniture or customer service in that time.

Good customer service and advice when we were ordering. Delivery made a bit ahead of schedule and on a date and time that we chose. And all went perfectly to plan.

I contacted Keens by phone as I'd sourced a kitchen bar stool on their website after being let down by a local supplier in Dublin. They couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating.

Bed and mattress arrived promptly and the guys assembled it efficiently and took away all packaging materials. Love the ottoman bed and the mattress is very comfortable.

very, very helpful staff. I was very indecisive when picking my sofas and the salesman was happy to wait ages for me to make my decision and didn’t rush me. Never had such good delivery men they took their shoes off to avoid getting my cream carpet dirty and took off all wrapping in the tile hallway as it was really raining and the wrapping was wet. Couldn’t faulr any of their staff throughout the whole procedure.

Definitely a 5* review for Keen's in Belfast. A beautiful shop with quality furniture. The staff are so lovely and go out of there way to advise and help!! My purchase was two "Stress less" sofa's which are very expensive so obviously I had to check around to try to get the best price! Keen's were the best value out of all ..I would absolutely recommend Keen's for service quality and price!!!

We had bought a few sofas from Keens about 7 years and very recently one of the sofas electrics failed. My husband contacted Keens for advice and they very quickly contacted the manufacture on our behalf and then came back to us with possible solutions one which was to order new buttons for the motors which they ordered from the manufacturer and they were delivered to our home free with no cost to us. Subsequently we were able to fit the buttons and the electric sofa has been working perfectly since. The service from Keens has been nothing short of outstanding and they went above and beyond in terms of their aftercare service . We would be happy to recommend Keens to anyone wishing to purchase a sofa and furniture.

Staff in Keens Belfast were very friendly and helpful when I bought my new table and chairs,they kept me informed as to when I could expect delivery and also offered to store my order for me if I wasn’t ready for it when it arrived as I was moving house. Delivery was as promised and the two delivery people were polite and efficient. I would not hesitate to shop at Keens in the future.
