We recently bought an Orla Kiely chair and stool from Keens. The manufacturer made a mistake and didn’t send feet for stool initially but Keens got on to them immediately and issue resolved very quickly. Staff are always so nice and customer care just excellent -they’re lending me the shops swatch folder to help me choose paint etc ! Would definitely recommend them .

I ordered a mattress online that was described as on offer but limited in supply, their system took the order and sent me an invoice to pay for it. This all took place on a Saturday afternoon, I contacted the company to try to pay but was told to ring on Monday (today) after several attempts to contact them I was told there was no stock, they had already sold out on the previous Thursday, also they informed me they did not deliver to Mainland UK, which was not was stated on the website. So, poor stock control and misleading delivery information
UPDATE. This company is still advertising this on Google shopping

Very professional team .
Picked a bespoke chair, ordered and delivered without any issues from in house team to the delivery team.
And just love my chair, a beauty and comfy.

We have bought a number of pieces of furniture from Keens and have been very impressed with our experience. There is an excellent range of products available and if like us you need advice, Paul and the team were superb in understanding what we wanted to achieve. The high level of service does not stop with the sales team, communication about the delivery and the delivery and installation itself were first class. Overall Keens offer an exceptional service.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The product arrived exactly on time and I was contacted by phone to let me know and arrange a time that suited me for delivery at no extra charge. I was contacted after delivery to check I was happy with the product and give advice on how to care and protect the table.

I would highly recommend Keens, Belfast. The furniture quality and choice was by far better than anywhere else. We were in so many furniture shops before Keens and could not find anything to our taste or of quality with a reasonable price. Any staff member we interacted with from our initial purchase right through to delivery were respectful, polite and mannerly at Keens. Everything was handled with complete care and professionalism from start to finish. A special shout out also to the delivery men who were clean and professional, setting up our furniture perfectly!

We went to Keens as we wanted a new mattress- our experience was a very good one as the sales lady at the bedding section was very knowledgeable and helpful . She explained in detail all the different prices and features of each mattress and made it easier for us to make our choice. We went ahead and purchased a Sealy mattress and we are very happy with it so we will definitely go to Keens again if looking for furniture etc. Also all the staff are very friendly in store and the delivery guys couldn’t have been any better they deliver with a lot of care and attention. Highly recommend Keens !
