We recently purchased a recliner chair from Keens Albertbridge Road. Denise served us and made the whole transaction so easy. She took time to assess our needs and had an excellent knowledge of available products. She was extremely friendly and helpful and made us feel valued customers. She also contacted us after delivery to make sure we were satisfied and thanked us for our custom. Can highly recommend this company.

Really good experience. I ordered three sofas over Christmas 2025 for delivery to the mainland. Everything went very smoothly, lots of good communication by email and also over the phone. Both Keens and their courier Edmondson delivered great customer service and I highly recommend them.

Two very pleasant young men arrived with my chair at the specified time. They put down a sheet to save any debris on my hall carpet. Ordered dining table & chairs, guys were very helpful, moving old table out into another room. Delighted with my purchase so much that I returned to order bedroom furniture, highly recommend.

Fantastic service at great prices. Was in contact with Cathy at the Outlet shop on the Tuesday as needed our new studio furnished within a few days. Visited stores that afternoon, got all we required between the Outlet and Denise at Main Keens store.
Delivered Friday afternoon. All brought in and set up by their delivery guys. Have been back and purchased few other items since and just waiting on our next delivery.
Could not fault this company in any way. Due to having their Sale on we got some really great deals and we are not finished yet!

Well they exceeded me with the kindness and respect they give me time and patience to let me choose my beautiful seat that I bought they told me at end November that it would be January this year before I got it and I’m pleased to say what a choice wee picked I have to say one of the best shops off it’s kind around and I’m not just saying that because I have recommended people to them

Fast efficient

My piece of furniture (an armchair) is excellent quality and was reasonably priced. The chair was delivered on the date that was promised. All staff involved were polite and friendly.

Great buying experience, prompt delivery.

I saw a chair in another country and tried to source it online. I contacted keens and they advised they could be more competitive. I got great service to pick colour etc. I received online confirmation and projected delivery date. Delivery was free and on a Saturday which was great. The chair itself is great quality. I can’t rate keens highly enough. Until attempting to source my chair I did not know keens existed. Will definitely consider them in the future.
