I ordered a lens hood for an older camera. This was the only place I could find that had the one that actually came with the camera when new.
I opted for regular shipping because even the upgraded shipping didn't guarantee I'd get it before I needed it but KEH shipped promptly and I received it two days before I needed it.

I just received my camera yesterday. The purchase was easy, the unit came on time and overall so far it's been a great experience.

As usual with KEH a flawless transaction. Shipping, packaging and communication were all top shelf.

As always... the item was just as described. Works great and arrived quickly and well packed.

The "link new" monopod I purchase was missing a vital safety strap when using. Although KEH sent me a strap to replace the one that didn't come with the order, it appears just to be a carrying case strap and not the one needed. After explaining the scenario, and showing this strap on the product shown on the website, I told them I just wanted to send it back, and the person issues a RMA, but said I will be charges $9.95 for returning the product (which was NOT my fault) and was missing a vital part for keeping the monopod from tipping Not sure if I will deal with KEH going forward or just go with the other guys
