Shipped pretty fast, the used product had a good amount of scratches, but it works perfectly overall

more defects than expected, not very worthy

Failed to mention they couldn't deliver in the time frame they were committing to (seriously, how hard is it to update your website). Returned the product and wasn't given my full refund. Absolutely terrible.

I bought a used camera from KEH at a reasonable price.
The camera was in excellent condition. It would be difficult to tell it was a used camera. Service was also extremely good. The camera was shipped the next day and carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping. I am very pleased with the price, product and service I received from KEH.

Item was as described and arrived promptly. Only problem was that the battery charger was the wrong charger. They replaced the charger promptly,, but this did make the camera initially unusable.

The products are as described on the website and the service was quick. No complaints.

KEH has a wide selection of products at good prices. Very often there are multiple identical items that are rated by wear condition. The condition dictates the price. I purchased a high end brand name lense at a better than fair price that had a rating of "Like New Minus". That is exactly what I got. In fact it appears brand new. I am very pleased with my purchase and will continue to do business with KEH. I would recommend this site to anyone looking for a great deal on photography equipment.

I love the search and sorting capabilities of KEH. I was looking for a specific kind of lens and being able to search the right mount, the right focal lengths and the right price was great. The description was very accurate. I opted for a lens marked "Excellent," and it was exactly that. Just the smallest signs of a precious owner but the lens works exactly as it should. 10/10

upgraded to an eos r from a eos t6, and it’s beautiful. i purchased the excellent package and it looks like it just came out of the box.

Over all good experience. Shipping was a little slow but that was on FedEx not KEH. Product arrived in well packaged condition and so far works great. Already ordered another product from KEH.

When my lens arrived, I discovered it had been well packed to survive any kind of shipping mishap; and KEH's description of the lens I was accurate.

Quality of service and product was great.

I have no idea how this company can get a 4 or 5 star rating when they quote high to get you to send your camera equipment to them and then significantly adjust the offer well below the quoted price. They must filter out all the negative reviews! They lowered my quote by over 20% which is a no-go for me and really gets me going. No customer is going to stand for this. Stay away with used equipment or you'll get scammed like I did
