I purchased 3 Keilini (lightbulb type)…

I purchased 3 Keilini (lightbulb type) security cameras at a cost of $137.98
They do not work at all. They said it takes a micro SD card but after I purchased them, they do not fit. It takes a larger card.
The camera app will not scan the QR code. The user manual says to scan the "Lens." But if you look at the app, it says to scan the QR Code. I did both. Nothing happens. The app just loops.
I've contacted Keilini.com today (8/29/23) and demanded a full refund.
Not surprisingly, they do not provide a phone number to speak to a human being. All you get is an email address.
This is the worst security camera I have ever experienced. There is zero customer service. I do not believe I will receive a response from these folks. I think I am out $137.98 USD
Unless you can afford to throw money away, my sincere suggestion is that you do not purchase these cameras.
NEW INFORMATION: if you don’t think these cameras are a scam, wait till you hear this!! So they send me the video that I already watched and the user manual that I already read, neither of which solved the problem or I wouldn’t be complaining and I told them this. Their response? Mail them back to China but they say that I have to bare the cost of shipping!!! Defective cameras and false advertisement and I have to pay return shipping?? I don’t think so!! However, because PayPal is involved, I paid the $71 shipping but demanded that Keilini reimburse me. Now here’s why I say this is a scam - because they sent me an email saying they’d be glad to give me $15 off I didn’t want to pay for return shipping!!!

According to our Return & Exchange Policy, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of package reception and if the products are in new, unused condition with the original packaging.

If you want to send the order back for exchange or refund, the return shipping fee needs to be afforded by yourself.

Considering the high shipping fee to return it all the way back to our warehouse (about return shipping fee is $50-$80), will it be possible to offer a $15.00 refund to you as a way to make up for this? It is more convenient for you.

Do you see, they falsely advertise knowing that no one uses 2g anymore so you’ll return the cameras. Then they offer you $15 to forget the whole thing. Most people won’t pay the $71 to return it so they’ll stupidly agree. Not me. My next move is the Chinese and American embassy’s. I want my money back plus the shipping!! I will not settle for anything less. These people scammed me and I’m not letting them get away with it!!

Wont Work For Me

I cannot get my cameras to connect to my Wi-Fi. I follow all instructions and listen for the pre-recorded prompt, I do as she says, then I get an error saying the connection cannot be completed. I tried 4x one night to connect with no success. I am frustrated. They are sitting in a box in my office. I am not satisfied

HUGE DISAPOINTMENT!

The unit came but the directions begin, "Took the .. from the box." Instead of "Take". Red flag right there.
There is no way to open it to clear out the bug "tray" as they advertise - there is no bug tray - not that it killed any bugs anyhow.
When you open the bottom the light is exposed and falls out. It is very cheaply made and wired.
We were ripped off, pure and simple.
Their website doesn't open-up and there is no contact number to call.

Product sent without any charging…

Product sent without any charging cables. All 3 of them. Hard to set up without being able to turn on. Any help would be greatly appreciated! No instructions, would love to speak with someone regarding assistance. What is a good contact number?
