I needed to get the battery changed on my watch - which is not a simple task as it needs to be properly resealed to make sure it is waterproof. Not something an average jeweller can do. I took it to Kettle Club, and they sent it away and fixed it within a few days, complete with pressure test certification. Quick, helpful and efficient service, so full marks from me. Nice watches too!

I cannot fault the service I received from this company. With constant contact, they found me exactly what I wanted. Nothing was too much trouble, I felt completely valued as a customer and would 100% return with all future purchases.

I enquired about a watch for my dad that I could not find available anywhere. I messaged Kettle club and they were lucky enough to have it. They were so friendly and professional and now my dad is over the moon with his Azzuro blue date just 😁 will definitely be returning for future watches

Seen they had a certain timepiece available through their instagram page and enquired through their WhatsApp. After receiving some images of the watch and further details, I was able to trade in two time pieces against it getting a competitive price. A week later, travelled to London and was warmly welcomed by the whole team, instantly telling they were passionate about the business. Quick transaction and on the way out with my new watch. I’d recommend these guys! However, their other stock certainly means I’ll be keeping an eye out…
