Package got delivered by AN AIRBUS and…

Package got delivered by AN AIRBUS and arrived very quickly. Package came in good condition and they even included a sticker with the BSUN Hillstones i ordered. I will definitely buy from here again once i need a new keyboard or need anything for my current keyboard.

Great contact and service

Bought some keycaps for my neo75cu navy. Unfortunately the delivery of the board was delayed so I wouldn't have been able to see if the keycaps fit the board before the legal revocation period expired. After I got in contact with them Keygem kindly extended the period on their behalf so I could test the keycaps anyway. Unfortunately they actually didn't fit, but they stayed true to their word and I was able to return the keycaps even tho I was waaay over the legal revocation period. Got my refund as soon as the package arrived. Friendly and straight forward contact and they went above and beyond to help me with my little problem. Will absolutely consider them again on my next order.

SIX months of frustration with NO END in sight

UPDATE #2: There are even more mysterious delays and no ETA whatsoever.

UPDATE #1: Had to write Qwertykeys to ask what is the real status of Keygem's order.
They said that Keygem stil didn't pay and when they pay them, it will take approximately 4 weeks to dispatch those boards. This is just absurd at this point. Stay away.

I wanted to write this review after receiving my keyboard, but I just can't stand this anymore. I will accept my order, but never order from Keygem ever again, so here we go...

I ordered a keyboard kit for nearly €300 from Keygem in November, with an estimated delivery in December. Since then the delivery has been delayed repeatedly—first to January, then February, then March, and now April. Or June? Who freaking knows at this point... well, they should know.

Delays are one thing, but the resulting communication blackout is what's truly unacceptable. At no point did Keygem reach out to apologize or update customers via email—instead, I had to dig for information on Discord, which shouldn’t be necessary for a professional retailer. For a €300 order, basic transparency (like batch updates or delay notices) is the bare minimum. Even secondhand sellers manage this from my experiences on used market.

While Keygem has a Notion page showing batch status, it can go without an update for 2+ weeks and even when updated it has conflicting status with the keyboard brand on their batch status page.
So what is the true status now? "In production" on Keygem's Notion, but "Waiting for payment" on manufacturer's Notion.

Worse, every deadline they’ve given (upon ME having to ask THEM) has been broken, just ruining any trust in their word. They AREN'T scammers—the product will arrive eventually—but their unreliable estimates and silence makes this a frustrating experience. If you order from them, expect to chase updates yourself and prepare for indefinite delays with bunch of broken promises.

Giving me an option to refund isn't a "good support". Especially after MONTHS of waiting and wasting my time sourcing information about my order. Looking through the communication, they never even apologized for this situation. Only acknowledged it is happening, lol.
The Discord has a few gatekeepers that like to boil it down to "group buys are just like that", totally disregarding that main point isn't the delay, but the handling of it by Keygem.

Advice to Keygem:
- Be proactive in terms of communication with customers
- Notion page is useless, if it's not updated for 2+ weeks
- A little accountability would go a long way

Mala experiencia con Keygem

Realicé un pedido en agosto de 2024 con una fecha de entrega estimada en noviembre. No solo no llegó a tiempo, sino que en diciembre me aseguraron que lo recibiría antes de terminar el mes o a principios de enero. Han pasado cinco meses y ahora me dicen que lo recibiré a finales de febrero - principios de marzo.
Creo que el tiempo de entrega es excesivo.

I placed an order in August 2024 with an estimated delivery date in November. Not only did it not arrive on time, but in December, I was assured that I would receive it before the end of the month or at the beginning of January. Five months have passed, and now I am being told that I will receive it at the end of February or early March.
I believe the delivery time is excessive.
