way to expensive shipping bought a keyboard and shipping was €70 for a neighboring country product was ok, prices were not.

I purchased multiple accessories for my custom keyboard from Keygem and overall, I am satisfied with my experience. The shipping was fast and the prices were reasonable. However, I did have to contact their support team regarding a minor question I had about one of the products I received. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive a response from them, despite it being more than three months since I reached out. While this is concerning, it doesn't outweigh the positives of Keygem's fast shipping and affordable prices. Overall, I would still recommend Keygem to others.

Good site and shipping time but the customer support is not there, i have sent an email 5 days ago and they still haven't answered yet.

I found Keygem as a last ditch resort for some switches I could not source overseas easily as I usually do because EU stores are always either price gouging or forever out of stock and what do I find? A store that has all the switches I love and desire, priced super competitively and both the orders I made this month arrived within DAYS (other stores still take some time packing and shipping, these guys I worry if their sleeping at night).
I'm so glad this store exists, I wish them the best.

Wide amount of in stock products which is somewhat rare in this hobby. Orders are handled fairly fast and shipping is good. My products have always arrived on time. I haven't had the need to contact their customer support so I cannot comment on the quality of that.
After ordering on two separate occasions I feel like this is very solid store for EU people for custom keyboard stuff.

I ordered a set of 90pieces of Tangerine switches on the 20th of October, and it arrived soon afterward on the 26th of October.

The switches have just been installed onto my keyboard, and they work great except for 5 switches which were damaged. I suppose there's not much to do about switches that are damaged since they are rather fragile. My keyboard only needed 82 switches, so that still leaves me with 3 to spare.

They have good inventory but customer support is non existent, they won't reply if you write an email, you'll have to write them multiple times and if you're lucky enought they will reply. Also, I don't know what deal they have with DHL, but shipping out of Germany is atrocious, it will take basically a month, which is unacceptable in my opinion.

Absolutely brilliant. As a buyer from the EU - this shop is a godsend. Excellent choices of products, decently priced shipping, very fast shipping. Very fast response upon email / discord contact. All in all - an excellent store for mechanical keyboard hobbyists and enthusiast alike!

Im glad the shop exist. But man you gotta wait for your order forever. DHL notice on Wednesday. On Friday still not shipped. VTF? Tf you doing for 3 days?

Good store, some things could be better.

Very reliable store with very good customer service.
They shipped the wrong switches, but realize their mistake and shipped the right ones the same day. The only thing they requested was to return the wrong once when I had the time.
Very fast shipping time (unlike other similar sites that shall not be named).
I would definitely shop again from KeyGem.

I made several orders and they were always fast and reliable with flawless quality. One time I was ordering switches, but I asked them to change and cancel the order. In matter of minutes after my mail they responded and did everything to solve the issue.

Great store, with a great variety of switches, keycaps, pcb's, everything for your keyboard hobby. My package shipped really fast too, and I am settled in Denmark, so it was a surprisingly fast delivery. If i ever need to buy something that's not available in my country, it is definitely going to be from Keygem. :)

Large inventory and most items are in stock (unlike some of the competition). Fast 24h despatch and decent shipping times with Deutsche Post outside Germany. Keep up the good work guys!
