Can not get hold of anyone to speak to had a corner sofa delivered 28/06/2023 ever since have been trying to get a refund as it is not fit for purpose. The firm is NOT in Kent or Rochdale as l have contacted these two firms already. Has anyone else had trouble getting item picked up or being refunded is so can you message me. Thanks Carole Dienes

I ordered some carving knifes. Days after my order I received an email saying I'd been issued a refund as they were out of stock. The carving knifes are still on the website but don't want to order again incase this happens again.

Delivered fast. Delivery driver was very friendly. Veri good quality beds for a very qacheap price!

Probably worst customer service in London.
bought a new bed and arranged the collection of the old one, collection guys arrived and said they cant take that type of bed, the customer service lady forgot to mention that type of bed they cant collect it... not a good start.
next day I unpacked the bed and discover a scratch in the headboard and aesthetic defect in the bottom part of the bed. The customer service advisor was the rudest ever when i said i was expecting better quality, pretty much she said you get what you paid for next time increase your budget... spechless.
also the bed didnt come with any instructions about how to assamble the headboard which wasnt easy, but they did send my a video about how to do it after request

Great service , the staff were very helping and polite. It's my first time in this shop. I ordered a bed , a wardrobe and a sofa set from here. They sent it next day, furniture were wrapped so good, as they are wholesaler I get 20% off at each furniture. All are so good at quality. Very happy with my purchase.

Oh this company we’re a lifesaver when a bed I ordered from another company didn’t show up and I was at a complete loss they managed to source a bed and delivered the very same day!
