Knowledgeable Staff at Kibo Pay

The people at Kibo Pay are quick to answer any questions I had. They were also very helpful in starting the whole process to help our patients (and staff!) understand this change. The proper verbiage in explaining the changes, and how to effectively counter the objections the patients would have with the "procurement fee", were laid out nicely by the staff at Kibo Pay when we first started partnering with this company-this was a HUGE help! The interface to check the charges is also straightforward and easy to navigate. Kudos Kibo Pay!

We just updated to a newer software…

We just updated to a newer software version, which is more digital and is very helpful. We can send text receipts right from the machine and the daily batch is email to us, which is a great time save and a very good organizer.

Ok course Great customer experience!

Ok course, Kibo has been the best experience in solving any issues we may have. We give you about a 5 star rating. It has been great working with Kibo. You personally answer and resolve questions we had, and we are so happy to have switched to Kibo service. The most important thing for us is that we can talk to a live representative, someone who is always ready to assist us.

Great Service with Kibo Pay

Our representative Ryan Molinaro is awesome. He is easy to work with and explains your card processing service/program in detail where and when needed. He is easily accessible. Any issues that he does not handle, he will stay on the line and get the other person on the phone to resolve the issue. Absolutely great service.

it is a pleasure to work with Maria…

it is a pleasure to work with Maria Khapayeva (great personality), as to setting up kibopay. this transition was easy and smooth. the customer service is great, any questions i have are always answered in a very good timely manner. i appreciate the time everyone takes to follow up and just making sure the services is working good. i have not ran into any issue, which is great. we are happy with Kibopay. thanks to your hard working team!
